For All Rajasthan except Bikaner, Churu, Hanumangarh and Sri Ganganagar

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder minimum @5.2&5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sens or control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandemrollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specifications Clause 507complete in all respects For All Rajasthan except Bikaner and Sri Ganganagar. for Grading-I ( 19 mm nominal size ) Bitumen (VG-30)

Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 in parapet excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and MoRTH specifications Clauses 1300, 1500

Stone masonry in cement mortar 1:3 for parapet complete as per drawing and MoRTH specifications Clauses 1400 including Weep holes as per MoRTH specifications Clauses 2706. Random rubble masonry

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) 15 mm thick on brickwork in parapet as per MoRTH specifications Clauses 1312.4

Providing and laying parapet with PCC M 15 as per drawing & MoRTH specifications Clauses 1700 & 2300 Nominal mix (1:2.5:5)

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new, plastered / concrete surfaces as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 801

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, etc. on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous/concrete surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 803
