Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m As Per Specification No.301(3.60)

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. As Per Specification No. 305(3.16)

Compaction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting (Trench Cutting) and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2. As per MORTH No.-305 The Rate is Including Labour Cess.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close Graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 .

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density (As Per Clause 406-4.14)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm usingmannual means .

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G. 10 grade bitumen using emlusion pressure dristributor @ 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machenical broom. As per MORT&H on wmm steblization as perClause 503

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Earth filling in patri in including rolling with road roller upto required M.D.D., dressing the surface to required level and slope & also including 1.50 m. lift and 30 m. lead, cost of labour, T&P and hire charges of machinery etc. complete work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 310 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Construction of 1.00x1.00 m span RCC Slab Culvert, Construction of 2.00×2.00 m R.C.C. Span Box Culvert and Construction of 1×350 mm dia hume Pipe Culvert. Excavation in foundation in B.C soil including lift up to 15 meter and lead upto 30 m (100 ft) and including filling, watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches.(S.I.No. 251)

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 Km from the site of work & including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No. 255)

Providing and laying reinforced concrete pipe NP3 in single row for culverts on 'Type A' (Concrete cradle) bedding with M 15 grade cement concrete including fixing coller with cement mortar 1:2 but excuding excavation protrction work, backfilling, concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets clause 1106 as per Data Book item No. 9.3 (B) 350 mm Dai Hume Pipe

(8") layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 meter (5ft.) lifts and 30.00 m. (100 ft.) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposided as spoil banks within 30.00 meters (100 ft.) distance as directed by the Engineer in Charge. but cutting or embankment in black cotton soil in Bundelkhand areas requiring use of spcial T&P such as pick axes and subbals etc. As Per SI No. 253(b)

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting Type-IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over Aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm×75 mm×6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexiblity, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from international/government laboratory institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from internationla condition.
