Inside & Outside cleaning & double coated primer& double coated painting with heat resistance white paint of both clarifier with it's all accessories like it's juice coil,sump box, clear juice tower , flush tank & connected railing etc. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis.

Inside& outside cleaning & double coated primer & double coated painting of all vapour pipes (12 nos.) and inside Body of evaporator & pans with save-all. Outer Surface Alluminium Paint and inner Surface by Metal Primer. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis.

Inside & out Side Cleaning & double coated primer & double coated painting of inlet and out let injection header with it's all accessories and connecting water line for pan and evaporator and Injection Pump Bed also. Job include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis.

Inside & outside cleaning & double coated primer & double coated painting of complete drier house station with it's all accessories ,like sugar hopper inside and out sid, sugar bin(inside and outside),sugar grader, all piping,sugar elevator (Blue Clour) & connected railing . Job include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis.

Inside white washing of Boiling House building wall,all slab ,foundation,all parapit of pumps & column of boiling house. Job include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis.

Chipping of the top & bottom tube plate of old evaporator set A, set B & New evaporator set. Job include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis.

Dismantling & cleaning of M.O.L. pump delivery & return Line from pump to" juice sulphiter, to diffuser, to filterate tank & to injection chennel" & then refitting of pipes. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis.

For all (4 nos.) sul. furnace, removal of old /defective refrectory, cleaning & re-casting. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis.

Dismantling & scale cleaning through burning of unsulphured syrup pump delevery line to syrup sulphiter & sulphured syrup pump delevery line to pan tanks, pan tanks to pan feed boxes up to pan station and header and branch line of all pans ,to melter & to magmamixture & then refitting of pipes. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis.

Inside & outside cleaning & double coated white washing of sugar godown wall. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Lime in HBL scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis.

Inside & outside cleaning & double coated white washing of spray pound, injection tunnel & injection pit and sentout sludge as per direction to desired place. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning material, paints/consumables will be in vendor scope. Lime in HBL scope. Rate to be quoted on lumpsum basis.

Inside & outside cleaning & double coated white washing of ETP with its all accessories. Scrap material should be send out to the factory with vechile will be provided by hbl. Job include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning material, paint / consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis.

Inside & outside Cleaning & outside painting of sand filter and carbon filter of ETP. Job includes evacuation of existing media, shifting the same at designated place and re-filling the fresh resign/concrete and activated carbon. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning materials, paints/consumables and media and activated carbon will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis.

Dismantling, cleaning and re-fitting of all spray pond nozzles. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Requiredcleaning material, consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum Basis.

Inside and outside cleaning and painting of all unit complete sugar ETP.Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning materials, paints/ consumbables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis. (Painting area 900sqmt approx.)

Outside painting of all intermediate pipe lines at ETP as per CPCB charter (Colour coding). Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis. (Painting area 500sqmt approx.)

Inside and outside cleaning of 2 nos. UGR and sludge shifted to designated place as directed by HBL production incharge before start of rains .Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipments etc.Required cleaning materials, paints/ consumbables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lumpsum basis.
