Site clearance by way of engagement of labours, JCB & Tippers for disposal of all unwanted material, debris etc. the disposal work to be done during night hours as to maintain no entry for heavy vehicular movement in the city, engagement of labours skilled / unskilled for collection of debris, melba with lead of more than 150Mtrs and disposal of the same beyond Municipal limits during night hours upto dumping site as directed by the Engineer Incharge and engagement of plumbers for releasing the chocked sanitation disposal pipes / manholes and opening of pipes, shifting of PVC tanks etc for maintaining regular water supply to the existing functional areas of patient care all inclusive complete job.

Replacement of all chocked / damaged disposal service line pipes along the periphery of Oncology Radiation Block by way of providing & fixing of UPVC pipes type B of finolex make pipes as directed by the Engineer Incharge all inclusive.

Labour charges for cement plastering 20mm / 15mm thick in cement sand mortor (any mix) in patches on exterior walls including curring, scaffolding charges but excluding cost of all materials.

Plastering in bands, vertically, horizontally 15mm to 20mm thick (any mix) including making edges in level including curring and scafolding charges, but excluding cost of all materials.

Providing & applying wall putty on walls 3mm thick in two coats with approved quality of material including scaffolding charges etc on exterior walls all inclusive.

Painting with texture paint (two or more coats) of desired colour & shade including scaffolding chrages complete job for exterior walls.

Supply of coarse sand free from dust or any other organic material including loading unloading carriage etc complete.

Providing & fixing colour coated tile profile G.I sheets ( size shape & pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer Incharge ) 0.50mm + / - 5% total coated thickness Zink coating 120gms as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade 5 - 7 microns epoxy primer of both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15 - 18 microns. Sheet should have proctective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches vide transportation. The sheet shall be fixing using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5mm x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required including scaffolding charges complete.
