Stringing of Carpet Guarding (GI wire will be provided by department).

Erection of disc/ pin insulators for 11 KV OHL as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/22KV/33KV overhead lines as required.

Erection of metallic poles of following length above 10mts and upto 12 mts (without concreting).

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Fixing of Lighting Arrestor (1 set= 3 no.)

Providing 11 KV Polymeric pin Insulator with Pin and hardware.

Providing and fixing of Earthing with G.I earth plate 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. (but without charcoal/coke and salt) for two set of lightning arrestor.

Providing of 11 KV Guarding channel 100 X 50 mm set.

Providing of 11 KV Polymer Lightning Arrestor.

Providing of 11 KV Polymer type Disc Insulator with hardware.

Providing 11 KV Top clamp Angle type with cleat.

Providing of 11 KV 'V' cross arm Angle type with back cleat.

Providing of GI earthing pipe of 40 mm dia 3.04 mtr long with 12 mm hole at 18 places at equal distance trapered casing at lower end.

Shifting of materials other than pole upto pole pit.

Stringing of Dog/Wolf Conductor (3 wire) (Conductor will be provided by department)

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow tightener , 7/3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and fitting of MS Nut and Bolts 16 X 160 mm.

Transportation of pole from road side to pole pits

Note: Equivalent to following: 1) 1 no. Highly skilled/supervisor, 6 nos semi-skilled and 5 nos skilled manpower on daily basis COMPULSORY for 360 days. 2) Also, S. no. 1.07,1.08,1.09,.1.1,1.11,1.12,1.13,1.14,1.17 and 1.18 will be provided by CONTRACTOR.
