REP TO DRAIN, PATH, CULVERT, HARD-STANDING, FENCING, COMPOUND WALL AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS OF EXTERNAL B/R WORKS AT RANGIA MIL STN UNDER GE RANGIA

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) of any section, embedded in cement concrete including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stones/ boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum in soft/loose soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters and making good surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type-B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes, etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing damaged RCC works, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

S&F of TMT bars 8-10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in benching/Coping, edging, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; hold-fast block, filling in pressed steel frames, seismic and other similar bands etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s) including demolition of existing old damaged PCC, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains, including necessary formwork and demolition of existing damaged drains, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Add to or Deduct from Item No. 11 here-in-before for Every 25mm Girth or Part thereof Over or Under 30 Cm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Quantity of this item shall be changed as per site requirement.

S&F of mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A including dismantling existing old damaged steel framed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Mild Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240, including dismantling existing old damaged steel framed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 4.0mm dia GI Chain Link Fencing of 100x100mm Mesh to any type of standards, rails, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Cost of GI Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

S&F in-repair of Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc.(each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Cost of GI Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

S&F of 11-15 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built and set in cement mortar 1:6, incl demolition of existing B/W,complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built and set in cement mortar 1:4, incl demolition of existing B/W,complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement morter 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces/ one side of lathing, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering (Externally) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces Brick Walls/Concrete Surfaces/ other side of lathing, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based semi-corrugated (trapizoidal profile) steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with and including dismantling old existing sheets of any type and any thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with and including dismantling old existing sheets of any type and any thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and rough including demolition of existing old damaged PCC, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and fair including demolition of existing old damaged PCC, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete, in walls, kerb stones, etc. including dismantling the existing old unserviceable paver block of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing glossy finished Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 with grey cement and pigments to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment including dismantling the existing old unserviceable paver block of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers not exc. 25 cm thick including watering and consolidation, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Vitrified Ceramic heavy duty chequered finished coloured parking tiles, scratch/ stain resistant 10 to 12mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing ceramic wall elevation cladding coloured tiles (stone/matt finish) in vertical surface 300x 600x 7mm/ 450x300x7 mm thick, over 10mm thick cement screed 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18- 20mm thick Granite work (of any type, table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like above 20mm thich bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, including dismantling of existing old damaged stone slab of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of any shade over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel/iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and laying in-replacement of 300mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and laying in-replacement of 450mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and laying in-replacement of 600mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 150mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded aggregates) bed to 450mm dia drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors/ fixed to wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 75mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 15mm dia (Outer) CPVC pipes SDR 11.5 & Plain CPVC SDR 11.5 fittings fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 20mm dia (Outer) CPVC pipes SDR 11.5 & Plain CPVC SDR 11.5 fittings fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Rotational Moulded Polyethylene Water Storage Tank 1000 Litre capacity (Cylindrical Vertical with Closed Top), 3 layered, hoisted and fixed in position, all as specified in MES Schedule Part-I with and including providing 20 mm dia float valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210gm), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for loose filling with broken brick aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells, sunken floor, etc. Including taking out of existing brick bats and diposited the same outside of MoD land, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of sewage pipe line of any dia and any type by rodding/pumping between intermediate/1st manholes to manholes or between manholes to septic tanks or between septic tank to soak pits to remove all blockage and well flushing with water including making good of leakage in joints wherever required in cement mortar (1:2) including removing the sludge and re-fixing the manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for taking out deposited sludge and water from septic tanks/ manholes of any type and size by mechanical means using sewage pump with tanker (truck mounted honey sucker) and removing night soil/sludge out of MOD land including sweeping/cleaning with water and spreader bleaching powder, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Only sludge shall be measured).
