Demolition to cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles coloured 7 to 8 mm thick(square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm , in floors over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles coloured 7 to 8 mm thick(square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm , in skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L coloured joint free Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) are of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n. Exc. 0.18 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick(square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0 .11 Sqm, but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed bath concept tiles, coloured ( 300 x 450 mm/250 x 350mm) x 7 mm thick as in skirting/dado over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Heavy duty flooring tiles , harsh weather & UV resistance, high abrasion resistance, MOH hardness >6 thickness 10 mm thick , area of each tile not less than 0.09 sqm , anti slip type laid in floors , steps, edges etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile with & including 15 mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in foundation , filling, subbase and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in coping and similar articles complete all as specified and directed.
