OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES TO WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION AND PASSENGER LIFT AT ADRDE COMPLEX AND SADAR BAZAR AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE CI/GI PIPE LINE, CONTROL VALVE, VALVE CHAMBER, PUMP SET, MOTOR, STARTER AND PAINTING OF INLET/OUTLET

PART-I: OUTSOURCING SERVICES Outsourcing of services for manning & operation of pump set installation at ADRDE Complex including complete equipments with all fitting/fixture of pump set and control panel, valves, internal fittings by providing and deployment of one skilled operator cum mechanic in SINGLE SHIFT of 8 hours (from 0900 hours to 1700 hours) per day including Sunday, holiday, routine and periodical check ups and keeping the installation in clean and tidy condition internally and surrounding areas externally by cutting of grass and bushes /wild plants etc complete all as specified and as directed. The installation mainly comprises the following:-

Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of pumping set, standby DG set & equipment installed at pump house in Raksha Vihar (Sadar Bazar) at Agra with all fittings such as control panel, valves internal electrical fittings etc and keep them functional by employing one skilled operator cum mechanic and kept in clean & tidy condition at all times including cleaning of surrounding area, periodical services and painting as and when required. Pump house in single shift of 08 Hrs 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs including Sunday & Holiday complete all as specified and directed for the following equipment:-

(i) Pumping set centrifugal electric driven installed in pump house bldg in campus with all fitting/equipment motor suction pipe complete - 02 Nos. (ii) Submersible pumping sets electric driven complete with all fittings and equipments etc. (iii) Chloroformed plant Make/Model advance 200 direct cylinder mounted vacuum operated with booster pump of capacity 200 gms/hrs-01 Set. (iv) Control panel with starter motor calibrating instructions MCCB/ MCB and other control switches/connecting cable etc complete. (v) Connected control valves/pipes, rising mains upto building from pump including valve pits, non return valves complete. (vi) Internal electrical & water supply of pump house with all fittings & accessories as per inventory. (vii) DG Set 20KVA capacity 3 phase 440 volt 50 Hz 1500RPM alongwith panel board and battery.

Rate required to be quoted for executing the work as described in Ser item No 1.00 to 3.00 above

Workers wage per person as per existing rules.

ESIC (Employees state insurance contribution) as mentioned in tender document.

Bonus as mentioned in tender documents

Overhead & Profit on Ser No 4.01 to 4.03

Notes : Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included the following :- (i) Operator cum mechanic (skilled) shall be of Diploma/ITI passed with having training certificate in relevent trade not less than three year shall be employed for each shift.. (ii) It is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. It shall be deemed that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for the station i.e Govt of India/State Govt/Union Teritory, whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC , Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable. (iii) In case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non-bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongst valid/bonafide bids only. (iv) The firm/contractor shall be solely and fully responsible to his reprsentative/personal for any accident/damage during maintenance/operation/health related liabilities/compensation, penelty etc on this account. (v) T&P required such as spanner set, wrench, screw driver set, testing lamp, drilling machine and multimeter, tong tester, megger etc as well as protective devices (shoes, helmet etc) shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost.

(vi) The contractor shall be responsible to maintain log books, attendance register, earthing register, chlorine test register, repair/renewal of parts register, earth register, daily maintenance records of pump/motor/panel board, insulation test register & 'A" Check details of DG Set, record of chemical consumption if any and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) Shift Operator (reliever) shall neither leave the installations without prior permission of JE/Engineer-in-Charge. Proper handing/taking over to the next operator will be made. (viii) Two pairs of uniform with name plate of operator & firm and shoes shall be provided to each operator by the contractor. (ix) First Aid box will be provided by contractor at each installation. (x) Any increase in minimum wages of labour as fixed by the Govt of India/state Govt/ union Territory, whichever is higher shall be paid to the contractor in accordance with the provision made vide condition 63 of IAFW-2249. Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to workers by the contractor. no other claim whatsoever shall be addmissible on this account and the bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. It must be noted that in compliance of the statutory provisions, the increased will be passed over to the workers. (xi) Any consumble item shall be issued by department free for fixing/filling. The contractor shall collect and transport the same from E/M store yard to the requisite installations within 24 Hours at his own cost and arrangement. Proper record for issue & receipt for this shall be maintained by the Engineer-in-Charge & contractor.

(xii) The Contractor shall not pay wages lower than the latest notified minimum wages in force to their workmen/ tradesmen including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions. Bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. (xiii) Duty roster for detailement of operators shall be approved by Engr-in-charge within first three days of every month and the same shall be kept on record and properly displayed at each installation. (xiv) The contractor will arrange the earth tester, Megger & clamp meter for installation and will check all the earthings of pump sets/DG Sets for its serviceability in presence of JE E/M, Engr-in-Charge and test report shall be submitted to the office of AGE E/M duly signed by the contractor on commencement of work for record. (xv) For any damage to the installations due to negligence of operator such as loose connections, improper routine check up/maintenance etc. the contractor shall be held fully responsible to replace the same damage at his own cost all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xvi) Original certificates regarding qualifications of operators engaged in the work, police verification and identity proof shall be produced by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge for verification and approval. (vii) The Manpower employed by the contractor shall be resposiable to maintain the installation neat & clean by cutting bushes & grass around the installation upto 5 meters including roof and thrown the same out side of the MOD area. All cutters, digging and other tools required for cleaning inside and outside the installation shall be provided by the contractor.

PART-II: REPAIR/MAINT Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 M depth for foundation/laying/taking out of pipes etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, Watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 150mm dia bore Cast iron pipe with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast. Class LA, in any length, laid in trenches including taking out old unservieable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 8.00 above but 100mm bore.

All as per ser item No 8.00 above but 80mm bore.

M&L for painting to 80 mm dia GI/CI pipe at pump house, overhead tank, pumping line, distribution line, overflow pipe and applying two coats of best quality epoxy paint including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting to 100 mm dia GI/CI pipe at pump house, overhead tank, pumping line, distribution line, overflow pipe and applying two coats of best quality epoxy paint including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 150mm dia bore Cast iron pipe with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class A, in any length laid in trenches including taking out unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 13.00 above but 100mm bore.

All as per ser item No 13.00 above but 80mm bore.

Material and labour for cast iroin fittings i.e bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross(all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs, up to 150 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Bends. Tapers. Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged up to 150 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down carefully 50 mm bore old unserviceable GI/MS water tubing and connection from its position (in trenches/walls/ceiling) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per ser item No 18.00 above but 40mm bore.

Supply and laying 3 layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches or in floors of size 50mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair foot valve (Gray cast Iron ) conforming to IS-4038 (ISI marked) heavy duty 80 mm nominal bore all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 40.00 above but 50 mm bore.

S&F in repair cast iron non return valve swing check single door pattern conforming to IS-5312 heavy duty ISI marked with CI drilled flanged ends internally cast including jointing materials complete such as rubber fibre board insertion packing ring nuts bolts and washers of required size etc for 100 mm nominal bore all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 42.00 above but of size 80 mm.

Servicing of diesel driven Gen set of Kirloskar static type including taking down old unserviceable parts and replacement with new parts of 20 KVA DG sets complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- New spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only.

Supply only Oil bath Air cleaner (with rubber sleeve) suitable for 20 KVA DG sets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Precleaner for air cleaner suitable for 20 KVA DG sets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Hose for Air Cleaner for 20 KVA DG sets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only fuel Pipe (7.5,14x14 B,700 WB) for 20 KVA DG sets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only worm drive Hose Clip (70 MM) for 20 KVA DG sets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Engine Oil for 20KVA Kirloskar DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Battery Charger NHP 6AMP, 12 V for 20KVA Kirloskar DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only One Time Filter Kit (0.5 Ltr) for 20KVA Kirloskar DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of diesel generator set DG Set 20 KVA with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spray painting including filling cavities with filling materials after cleaning the dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning RCC underground sumps/over head tank internally including bailing out of water below foot valve level, removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and mouth of circulating pipes by brushes and washing with bleaching powder and water pressure to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, removing silt outside MoD land and applying two coats of white wash to external & top surface and write down the date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed for the following capacities and location:-

Capacity 15000 gallon or 68200 Ltr OH RCC Tank at ADRDE Complex area Pump House

Capacity 15000 gallon or 68200 Ltr UG RCC sump at ADRDE Complex area Pump House

Capacity 7000 gallon or 31900 Ltr UG RCC sump at ADRDE Complex area Pump House - 02, Raksha Vihar Pump House - 01

Capacity 25000 gallon or 113700 Ltr OH RCC tank at ADRDE Colony area.

Dismantling 10 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC (parts) Centrifugal pump and motor of any description and in any position and refixing in the same position after servicing, cleaning, greasing etc and reassembling the pump and motor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rewinding of centrifugal booster motor of any make, 10 HP capacity with super enamelled copper conductor of existing size of approved make after dismantling of burnt out winding, cleaning of slots with CTC solution, varnishing, drying and refixing in position including testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Ball Bearing for 10 HP motor Size 6310.

Supply only Ball Bearing for 10 HP motor Size 6308.

Supply only Motor Bush suitable for 10 HP booster pump

Labour for shaft turning & machining of 10 HP booster pump

Supply only MS stud with nuts and bolts size 3/8"x2"

Taking out unserviceable submersible pump set alongwith MS column pipe, M&L for rewinding of Submersible Pump of any make, 12 HP capacity with super enamelled copper conductor of existing size of approved make after dismantling of burnout winding, cleaning of slots with CTC solution, varnishing, drying and refixing in position including transportation charges and reconnecting with the column pipe, lowering in the same location , making to the main supply line and testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Tenderer is to refix the item after overhauling within 10 days from the date of taking out of the unit, failing which a recovery of Rs 200 per day shall be effected from the due payment.

Material and labour for run lead joint of size 150 mm dia bore, including caucking and making the joint leak proof complete all as specified and directed.
