M&L Bituminous premixed semi dencse asphaltic 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5 % binder content by wt of total mix paving bitumen (VG-30) viscocity grade mixed in hot mix plant transported to site on tippers and laid with mechanical paver, and rolled to uniform smooth suface with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient and all directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i)The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from AGE(I) before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate at market rate or procurment rate whichever is more paving bitumen VG-30. However no adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

S&F for sign baord of size 1800x1200 mm made on 2mm thck Alluminium sheeet. The bard shall be covered using 3M India type IV retro reflective sheet of Blue colou, the letter on it shall be of white colour. The board shall be suppoprted by 32mm bore stainless steel round pip and 25x12 mm tupbular pipe. The pipe of size 3600mm each including cutting or gun welding, polishing, buffing complete with necessary holes, nuts and bolts, caps and anchor plates of SS grade 304 ASTM as per drawing and instructions of Eng-in-Charge including cost of RCC/PCC earth work with S&F of type IX retro reflective sheeing as per ASTM-D-4956-07 in two layers of approved colur over ACM/Aluminum sheet complete with adhesive and pressure method and providing cutting hoisting and fixing in position including fabrication of 3mm ACM made of two aluminum sheet of 25mm thick each having a distance of 2.5 mm filled with rubber polymer including provision of block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 120 cm made of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ at each legs for fixing sign board including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed

Supply & installation, testing and commissioning of 5 MVA, 33/11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, ONAN Cooled, oil immersed, copper wound outdoor type step down Power Transformer with 9 position ON LOAD Tap Changer (OLTC) (tapping range +5% to -15% in steps of 2.5% each) with remote tap cubical changer (RTCC) panel & automatic Voltage regulator (AVR) complete with first filling of IS: 335 ISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings / accessories like HV Bare bushing, LV Cable box, Buchholz Relay, OTI, WTI, Marshelling Box etc and with vector group Dyn-11 including PCC foundation for placing transformer as per manufacturer instruction/drawing complete all as specified and confirming to IS: 2026 or latest IS specification for higher efficiency and manufacturer shall hold license/certificate from BIS to this effect. Note: The transformer will have its initial oil filling to appropriate level and confirming to relevant IS and tested up to 60 KV die electric strength (cost of oil including testing with desired dielectric strength deem to be included in quoted rates)

(a) Three nos porcelain bushing suitable for 33 KV on HV side complete with copper rods, nuts and washers and arching horns. (b) One cable box LV side (Secondary side) consisting of three Nos porcelain with copper bushing rods complete with nuts and washers with two Nos cable gland suitable for reception / taking out of PVC /XLPE insulated heavy duty HT armoured cables including gland, joint and jointing materials complete. (g) One No. 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer. (h) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 X 6 mm galvanized iron earth strip for earthing of neutral & body. (j) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (k) Oil level gauge. (l) Oil drain filler valve. (m) Lifting lugs. (n) Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connecting plate complete. (o) Air release valve plug. (r) First filling of new and unused transformer oil IS-335/93 (fourth revision) marked filtered and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes. (s) One danger notice board having conventional danger sign of skull with bones in painted in red colour. (t) Buchholz relay (having contacts for alarm & trip). Note I :- Certification of electric strength shall be submitted by the contractor, after filling the oil. Note II :- Including all control wiring with copper conductor multi core of suitable size (Transformer to control panel in MRS bldg)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2500 KVA Distribution Transformer, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 HZ, double copper wound outdoor type step down transformer, oil immeresed naturally cooled (ONAN) with externally cooling tubes laminated core type delta connected on primary HV side and star connected on secondary LV side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector group 4) with brought on secondary LV side for earthing and having tapping on HTside upto +7.5% in step of +2.5% and impedence 4.5% complete with first filling of IS: 335 ISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and 9 position on load tap changer (OLTC) (tapping range +10% in steps of 2.5% each) with remote tap cubical changer (RTCC) panel & automatic voltage regulator (AVR) with vector group DYN-11. The transformer shall be complete with standard fittings and accessories like Buchholze relay, conservator tank, explosion vent, air breather, thermometer & in/out gate valves, oil level indicator with a minimum level switch, pressure relief valve, lifting gear/lugs, drain valve, and a filter/strainer valve with a blanking plate/plug etc including PCC Foundation for Transformer as per manufacturer instruction/drawing complete all as specified and confirming to IS:1180 or latest IS specification for high energy efficiency (minimum BEE level-II or higher) and manufacturer shall hold license/certificate from BIS to this effect. Note: The transformer will have its initial oil filling to appropriate level and confirming to relevant IS and tested up to 60 KV die electric strength (cost of oil including testing with desired dielectric strength deem to be included in quoted rates)

Supply & fixing DO fuse assembly, triple pole mounted on porcelain HT insulator 6 Nos and MS galvanised steel frame rating upto 200 Amp, 11000 Volt, post insulator type on channel (two insulator for one phase) complete with expulsion type fiberglass fuse carrier barral type and including DO fuse and electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Indoor arc flash protected Draw-Out with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker Panel , rated for 11kV, 630Amp, 26.3kA/3-sec, comprising of 01 INCOMING CUM OUTGOING VCB Panels confirming to IEC 62271-200, Internal Arc Classified IAC AFLR – 26.3kA for 1sec, Accessibility Class LSC2B-PM Class, comprising of 630Amp, continuous rated Copper busbars and droppers, 02 Nos. Rack-In-Rack-Out Handles, structure made from AluZinc/CRCA sheets to prevent corrosion and rusting. The complete panel including HT and LT chamber with FRLS wiring shall be manufactured by approved OEM at its own facility, and same will be verified via stage/final inspection. The Board shall consist of following panels:-

(i) 11kV, 630Amp, 26.3kA/3-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100 with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 03 Nos. vacuum bottles of same make as of cir-cuit breaker, motorized spring charging mechanism (230VAC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (110VDC). (ii) Current Transformers 11kV, 300-150/1-1-1, Core1: Class 5P10, 2.5VA, Core2: Class 0.5, 2.5VA, Core3: Class PS-X - Set of 03 Nos. The 'PS' core will be of suitable knee point voltage and ratio so as to successfully implement Transformer Differential protection scheme for the upstream existing power transformer. (iii) Potential Transformers, Draw-out type for easy maintenance, 11kV/rt3:110V/rt3, 50VA, Cl.0.5 with associated gun-type HRC fuses and MCBs for HT/LT isolation - Set of 03 Nos.

(iv) Main Protection Relay shall be numerical IED Relay confirming to IEC60255, having 04CT+04PT Inputs with microprocessor based protection scheme for tripping the breaker on vari-ous faults like (a) Directional over-current or earth-fault in any of the three phases, (b) circuit-breaker-failure alarm, (c) interpanel tripping/blocking signals via GOOSE based peer-to-peer communication, on IEC61850 protocol. (d) Integrted arc flash protection with current and light sensing The relay shall be communicable on IEC 61850 GOOSE platform over RJ-45/USB/FO port, and fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses incl. various status, Line-Current, Line-Voltage, Breaker On/Off/Spring.Chrgd, Trip Circuit Failure (from TCS relay), AC Supply Fail, PT Fuse failure relay, Local-Remote etc. and display locally on a built-in back-lit LCD screen with mimic as a Single-Line-Diagram with power & frequency measurements and suitably labelled status LEDs. Relay setting should be possible through inbuilt software or through addtional software supplied by the relay manufacturer. Make of the relay shall be same as make of switchgear panels.

(v) Metering Equipment including:- (a) 01 x Digital Voltmeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Digital Ammeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), (b) 01 No Multi-Function-Meter (Acc.Cl.0.5) shall be provided with LCD display for measuring cur-rent, voltage, power, power-factor and energy-parameters, Total Harmonic Distortion and Max. Demand Indication, same shall be communicable on Mod Bus via RS485 port.

(vi) LED Indications :- (a) Breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Spring-Charged, (b) R-Y-B, (c) DC Available LED with push-button (d) Trip Circuit Healthy

(vii) 06-Window Annunciator with Hooter to indicate following alarms :- (a) OC Trip, (b) EF Trip (c) Trip Circuit Failure, (d) Inter-Tripping Fault, (e) PT Fuse Failure The Annunciator will be complete with required Acknowledge/Test buttons as required

(x) Suitable Disconnecting Link type terminal arrangement shall be provided for interfacing PS-Class CTs installed in the panel with Transformer differential relay situated in the 33kV CRP for achieving the required protection.

The panel shall be complete with all allied items and accessories, including:- (i) Cost of construction of foundation as per manufacturer design, including foundation frame (sup-plied by OEM), channels etc. for HT Panel as required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Note:- (i) License parter, system integrator, panel builder, half-panel is not allowed for 11kV VCB Panel. All works shall be done at OEM own works. (ii) All items will be transported in wooden packaging to avoid any damage. Acceptance of material will be discretion of GE. Contractor has to remove the material in case of rejection of material at no extra cost. (iii) Factory acceptance test shall be carried out for 11 KV HT VCB Panels.

Supply & installation of control cable copper 4 pair 4.0 sqmm, PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed, Multicore Annealed Bare Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable for Voltage Grade 1100 Volt complete all as specified & directed

Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 21kA/3-sec, Outdoor (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) 5-way comprising of 05 Nos 630 Amp Fixed-Type motorized spring-charging VCB electrolytic grade copper busbars all inside single, gas-filled, robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank with min. thickness 3+0.5 mm, IP 67 Degree of Protection , internal-arc classified 21kA/1sec, on-site-repairable with site replacable bushing/coupling/mechanism, gas refilling etc. The enclosure shall have padlockable double-door access with anti-theft higes, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes to ensure fail-safe anti-theft protection. The unit alongwith Bus-connected, fixed-type potential transformer shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site.

(A) 02 Nos incoming VCB module and 03 Nos outgoing VCB module each consisting of following accessories :- (i) Each function-unit consists of a vacuum-circuit breaker in combination with a three position-switch.The three-position-switch fulfills the operation of the disconnector-function and earthing function. NOTES:- (i) It is preferable to have all feeder-switches inside single stainless steel compartment with incomer feeders at the extremities to prevent chances of failure due to plug-in coupling arrangement. (ii) Necessay interclocking arrangement shall be provided for safety and operations (iii) Above switchgear shall confirm to relevant IEC (62271-200) for design, manufacturing and internal arc compliance. Any claims towards internal arc compliance, number of mechanical/electrical/short-circuit operations, gas-leakage rates etc. shall not be accepted unless proven via type-test reports of model being offered. (iv) Cost of construction of foundation including construction material, necessary earth work and excavaton as per manufacturer design for RMU complete all as required at site and as directed and deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and installation 33 KV single phase out door oil cooled PT of ratio 33 KV/rt 3/110V/rt 10V/rt 3 Class 0.5-3, Burden 50 VA – 50 VA, insulation level 70/170 KV., voltage factor 1.2 Cont and 1.9 for 30 Sec, conforming to IS-3156 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed. Note: If any damages/loss to existing service such as OFC cable/Water pipe line/Electric cables etc shall be repaired immediately by the contractor. Rate quoted above deemed to be inclusive of the same.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HT out door type feeder pillar box (factory made and CPRI Type Tested ) , floor mounted, cubical enclosed type, made out from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, of minimum size 1.0x0.9x0.8 m with two part front operated hinged doors, canopy type roof, weather and vermin proof, one closed HT bus bar chamber having 3 phase aluminium bus bar of size 50 x 10 mm, 15 KA short circuit rating for one second, one GI earth bus fixed out side the bus bar chamber, two nos cable gland suitable for 150 sqmm 3.0 core HT XLPE cable with and including HT danger notice board on both sides, frame made out of ISA 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm with cable entry & exit through socket at bottom (Fixed with cable glands and gasket) for maintaining specific bending radius of cable including providing two coat of powder coated paint to out side surface and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to inside surface and necessary foundation/platform of the HT Feeder pillar box with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F HT 11 KV insulation electrical rubber mat 1m x 2m x 10 mm thickness as per IS: 15652:2006 Class A complete all as specified and as directed

Supply , Installation , comissioning and testing of CPRI approved type LT panel board cubical type of the minimum size (2250MM x 1800MM x 800MM) , outdoor type 415 Volts ,50 Hz , 3 phase, 4 wire supply floor mounted , factory made , dust and vermin proof ( protection class IP-54) made out of 50mm X 50mm X6mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick MS CRCA sheet with front hinged opening double door , rubber lining , locking arrangement , powder coating painting of siemens grey shade ( RAL -7032) on all steel surfaces. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 100MMx50MM duly coated with Zinc metal coating. A detachable predrilled gland plate at the bottom complete comprising of following: 04 Nos copper bus bar 6000 Amps capacity for phase & neutral duly supported on suitable size of epoxy insulators fixed in dust and vermin proof MS enclosure having adequate clearance between conductors and earth for easy maintenance . These should have colour coding for RYB and neutral to enable immediate identification . All the incoming connections to ACB/ MCCBs shall be made with suitable size Copper strip . (a) Incoming : (i) ACB 4 pole , 415 Volts , AC supply , 4000 Amps , Manually operated drawout type, 50 KA breaking capacity -01 No . Note:- (i)The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from AGE(I) before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate at market rate or procurment rate whichever is more paving bitumen VG-30. However no adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

M&L for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or with compressor air blower to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG-10 @5 Kg/10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals oil, grese and foreign materials etc and applying 2.5mm thck road marking strips (Rectro reflective) of white colour or yellow using hot thermoplastic material by fully /semi automatic thermo plastic paints applicator machine fitted with profile shoe glass beads dispencer propan tank heater and profiles shoe heater drive by operator on road surfaces n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements complete all as specified and directed.
