Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead HSR No.5.45.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) HSR No.11.5.2

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 7.84 kg/10 sqm) HSR No.11.93.1

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer HSR No.11.64.1

Varnishing with flatting varnish of approved brand and manufacture one or more coats on old work HSR No.30.39

Providing and laying Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 25 mm thick with 12 mm nominal size stone aggregate HSR No.10.10.2
