1.00 Fabrication of a Tourist Information Counter (TIC) including all construction materials at the Arrival Lounge of the New Terminal, Veer Savarkar International Airport, Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman & Nicobar Islands. A space of 15 sq. mtr. is available in the Veer Savarkar Airport for setting up the TIC Counter. The selected firm shall be responsible for fabricating the stall as under: B. The dimension of the counter will be 3.75 mtr in the front facing (i.e. left to right) and 4 mtr depth (from front to back). i. Proposed design of the counter:- a) The main reception table will be a flat table top with boat shaped bottom structure resting on sand filled base of one foot depth. b) The back wall of the counter will be formed with a LED Display panel of size 3.75 mtr width x 2 mtr height fixed on hard frame of Teakwood c) One side of the counter i.e. right side while facing the counter will be formed by installing 4 mtr x 3 mtr good quality photograph printed on flex material to be pasted on hard surface i.e Teakwood d) The roof of the entire counter i.e. covering 15 sq. mtr should be made of thatched leaf in the shape of a Nicobari Hut. e) Wooden front facia with 3D CNC cut lettering displaying “Andaman and Nicobar Tourism” along with logo and fixing at a suitable place under the thatched roof. • Note A sample design has been enclosed for reference 1. Following features to be integrated into the LED screen. a) WiFi enabled b) Multimedia system with audio visual capabilities – 01 No. c) Digital pasters and banners for dynamic content display – 01 No. d) Integrated with google earth for digital maps – 01 No. 2. Provision for internet connectivity with public Wifi accesses – 02 Nos. 3. Provision for 16 Amps plug at different location – 10 Nos. 4. Provision for 5 Amps plug at different location – 10 Nos. 5. Electrical wiring for all the above points C. The firm has to sign a comprehensive maintenance contract for a period of two years with the department for the maintenance all upkeep of the electronics and digital instrument.
