Imp. Note - 1. The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. 2. The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. 3. The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work. 4. It is also proposed to mention that running bill shall be processed as per clause 7 subject to minimum amount of Rs.5.00 lakhs.

Dismantling the Mosaic/white glazed/Ceramic/Vitrified tiles /Kotah stone etc. in flooring/dado/skirting etc. including removing of existing PVC flooring, dismantling of bedding mortar, stacking of materials and disposing of debris within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Dismantling Asbestos sheet /E -board sheet /false ceiling roofing along with ridges, hype, valleys and gutters including scaffolding and stacking the materials within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Demolishing Reinforced cement concrete works by chiselling at all levels including scaffolding, cutting of reinforcement bars by gas cutting, straightening & stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Demolishing plain cement concrete works by chiselling at all levels including scaffolding, disposal of materials within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Dismantling the existing structural steel work at all levels in M.S. channels, plates, angles, flats, R.S. joists, bolts etc. including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutting, removing the nuts, bolts, straitening of members & stacking within 50m lead out side the laboratories/ buildings etc. complete.

Construction of Granular sub base by providing coarse graded material as per specified grading, spreading in uniform layers on the prepared surface, mixing at optimum moisture content and compacting with vibratory roller/mechanical earth rammer to achieve the desired density etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing, centering and shuttering using timber planks/steel plates including strutting and propping etc. upto first floor (not exceeding 4 mtr. height) and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and in plain concrete work etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by EIC.

Foundations, footings, base of columns plinth beams, flooring, machine foundations, bed blocks, window cills, copings and mass concrete

Columns, pillars, posts, struts, mullions etc.

Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings lintels, cantilever, girders, bressumers, soffits of suspended floors, roofs, balconies, chajjas etc.

Providing and fixing reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete using TMT bars at all levels including supplying, cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire etc. complete including cost of binding wire etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by EIC.

Note: 1.The steel reinforcement bars shall be brought by the contractor at terms & conditions specified.TMT bars manufactured in the brand name shall only be permitted subject to furnishing of challans, valid test report issued by the manufacturer, pertaining to elongation,yield strength,Bend rebend test etc.

Note : 2. Random testing of sample collected at site shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost.One sample comprisin of three specimens shall be collected for every 25MT of bars brought at site .The representive of department shall associate with the engineer of contractore at each satge right from sampling of testing .All charges ,transport taxes etc shall be borne by the contractor.

Note : 3. the contractor shall be solely respossible all the time for watch & ward of bars/binding wires etc at their own cost.

Note : 4. 1.60mm dia . Soft drawn annealed BINDING WIRE required for the work will have to be procured by the contractore at their own cost and will not be measured for payment .

Note : 5. Other condtion as stipulated in general condition, special conditions, additional conditions and specification shall also be applicable and no claim whatsoever on account of enforcing these provisions shall be entertained .

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using ISMBs, Joists, channels, angles, flats, Tees etc. at all levels including welding, painting two caots with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using RHS, SHS & circular hollow sections of Grade Yst 310 as per IS: 4923 at all levels including welding, painting two caots with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using Structural steel M.S. plain & chequered plates at all levels including welding, painting two coats with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Note: 1. Structural steel conforming to IS: 2062 2. The contractor shall supply copy of Documentary evidence of purchase of steel, test certificates from these firms and also testing from third party, if required to be arranged at no extra cost. 3. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate. 4. All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted. 5. Electrodes manufactured by approved make only shall be used.

Providing and fixing Welded wire mesh (25 x 25 x 3mm) of best quality and approved make to existing frame, including cutting, making holes, etc. fixed in proper line and level etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 0.50 mm TCT color coated galvalume (Color Star Profile) sheets of make /Multicolor, in roof, facia including all overlaps metring, supplying and fixing 'J' hooks, bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturers code of practice and cutting the sheets as required including the cost of scaffolding, work at all heights etc. etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by EIC..

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in foundation, plinth upto FFL and compound wall pillars including curing, raking out joints above ground level, simultaneous pointing below G.L. etc. complete as per specifications,

Painting plastered surfaces with two coats of FLAT oil paint of approved shade and make over one/two coats of approved cement primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with full wall putty, scaffolding and cleaning, tools & tackles, safety appliances etc. complete

Providing and laying rubber moulded reflective type factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete interlocking paver blocks of following thicknesses in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of Alankar/Parex or other approved make of M-35 grade strength, of approved size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The cost of sand shall be paid separately under relavant item.

80mm thick interlocking paver blocks

Providing & fixing in true horizontal level M/F suspended false ceiling (FR-120 min) system using Ultra perimeter channels (27mm web and 20 & 30mm flange) fixed to wall with rawl plug and screws, at 610mm centres along the perimeter of ceiling, intermediate channels(45mm web and 15mm each flange) from the soffit at 900mm centre with ceiling angle (25x10mm,0.55mm thick) fixed to soffit @ 1220mm c/c with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners to form a grid of 900mm x 1220mm. Specifications of laminated board:- 12 mm thick both side laminated particle board of approved exterior grade - 1, Type II confirming to IS 12823 bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde Resin board or any other approved equivalent) in doors using necessary approved standard aluminum beadings including wastages, if any, fixing to existing framework with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws as required and other incidental charges etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by EIC.

Anodized aluminum (min of grade AC-10) doors, fully glazed with 5 mm thick glass or opaque using 12mm thick laminated particle board and the vertical members are internally braced with 12mm dia MS long bolt, SS handle on both sides as approved, floor spring/door closer of Godrej make, concealed tower bolts, locking arrangements using SS aldrop 16mm dia and 300mm long etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing in position anodized (min of grade AC10) / powder coated (min 50 microns) wall span with extruded and integrated aluminum sections as per approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 aluminum beading, PVC lining, CP brass / stainless steel screws, mastic filling, nuts, washers etc. complete including cost of p/f 5mm thick float glass and/or apaque using 12mm thick laminated particle board, scaffolding if necessary, chipping of walls, beams, columns, rectification of plaster, painting if required. Vertical and horizontal section of wall spans shall be min 63 mm x 38 mm and of thickness minimum 1.85 mm. Snap beading shall be minimum 0.41 mm thick. Cleat angles shall be minimum 25 x 25 mm and thickness 2 mm. The spacing of verticle and horizontal sections shall be in the range of 0.90 m to 1.50 m centre to centre etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by EIC.

With anodized aluminum section (min of grade AC10) of approved shade

Non Slippery Ceramic tile flooring/dado using 6mm thick matt finished ceramic tiles of sizes as mentioned below, 1st quality over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding, close jointed and pointed with matching cement slurry using white cement pigment mixed with, finished to levels slope or plumb as required including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding, making good the surface before bedding, cutting of tiles, curing, acid washing etc. complete.

For flooring using tiles of size 300x300mm, 450x450mm

For Dado/Skirting using tiles of size 300x450mm

Taking out existing cement concrete interlocking paver blocks including bedding sand from footpath, parking etc. including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable materials to the dumping ground (Payment shall be made separately under relevant item) and stacking of serviceable materials within 50m lead complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour Charges only for laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level,curvature, colour and pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1) CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost. 2) The cost of sand shall be paid separately under relavant item.

Preparing the surface and etching with 10% commercial hydrochloric acid wherever necessary, neutralising the etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash, applying one coat of pigmented epoxy based primer followed by one coat of epoxy based trowelling compound, cutting and grinding the surfaces wherever necessary using waterproof quality emery paper and applying three finishing coats of epoxy based polyamine/polyamide cured special acid and alkali resistant paint of approved make & tint including preparing surfaces, scrapping, filling holes, cracks, joints, wherever necessary with epoxy based trowelling compound, cost of all materials, scaffolding and labour and as per manufacturer's recommendations.etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by EIC.

With POLYAMIDE cured epoxy paint

Providing and fixing 2mm thick epoxy based joint less flooring over existing flooring such as concrete floor, tiles, wood, metal etc. formulated out to required levels, thickness slopes and finished smooth or rough including curing, preparing the surfaces such as filling holes, cracks, joints, wherever necessary by epoxy based trowelling compound, including providing and applying one coat of two component epoxy based primer including cost of materials and labours etc. complete as per manufacturer's recommendation.
