Annual maintenance of Central Stores and Workshop Division complex of ALHW, Port Blair for the year 2020-21.

Sweeping and cleaning of Office, store godowns, scooter shed etc., by engaging 01 (one) number USM on all working days and the cleaning the areas as per requirement & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of brooms, mops, cloths, floor cleaner liquid, dettol etc., all labour charges, minor tools, GST & LWC... etc, complete. (The office area ground floor and first floor should be cleaned before commencement of office hours and other areas as directed by the EIC. )

Cleaning and disinfecting all the three toilets in the CSWD Store Office and assisting in sweeping, cleaning by engaging one no. USM on all working days including water closets- 3 Nos., Urinals - 3 Nos, wash basins - 3 Nos., all floors and skirtings of the toilets, in the morning before commencement of office hours, and assisting in sweeping & Cleaning works as directed by the EIC including cost of all cleaning liquid/powder, disinfectant, toilet freshner, cleaning brushes etc, all labour charges, minor tools, GST & LWC.. etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and disinfecting two nos. tanks in the CSWD Store Office including cost of all cleaning liquid/powder, disinfectant, cleaning brushes etc, all labour charges, minor tools, GST & LWC.. etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Periodical Maintenance of water supply and sanitary installations inside the store complex including checking of all water supply and sanitary lines over head tanks, sump, well etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge excluding cost of any water supply/sanitary pipes, fittings etc, which will be supplied by the department free of cost, but including cost of all minor tools, cleaning agents, bleaching powder etc, all labour charges, GST & LWC...etc. complete once in a month.

Engaging SSM for attending office work and other works such as assisting store keeping works, checking the receipt & issue material transactions, assisting in maintaining & handling store records as per the direction of EIC on all working days including cost of all labour charges, GST & LWC ...etc complete.

Engaging one number unskilled mazdoor at AE Electrical subdivision for peon works, DAK collection, material handling, etc as per the direction of EIC on all working days including cost of all labour charges, GST & LWC ...etc complete.

Collection of debris, unwanted materials from the working site and disposal of the same outside the store complex as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges loading and unloading charges, all labour minor tools, GST & LWC... etc., complete

Providing of USM for attending miscellenous work inside the central stores round the clock (03 Nos per day shift wize) at CSWD, Andaman Lakshadweep Harbour Works, Port Blair as directed by EIC including cost of all labour charges, GST & LWC.. etc. Complete.
