Taking out carefully submersible pump set upto 45 to 65 HP from tube well (for repair of pump/ motor/replacement of column pipe/submersble cable etc) complete with submersible motor, column pipes of any nos and size, submersible cable, any size and length from tube well at approx depth 120 metre, without damaging pump motor, submersible cable and column pipe. Stacking of column pipe and submersible cable properly. Transporting of pump set to workshop for repair and lowering of serviceable pump set with column pipes and cable upto required depth. Connecting electrically and with delivery line etc Note :- 1. Cost of T&P (Small or special) required for taking out pump set is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Any damage to pump set, submersible cable of tube well housing shall be make good by the contractor without any extra cost. 2. Unsv submersible pump set shall be taken out from the borewell on the same day of receipt of complaint from department and serviceable pump set held with department shall be lowered on the same day to ensure the minimum breakdown period for water supply. Contractor not attending the breakdown after receipt of complaint on telephone shall be charged Rs 100/- from his RAR clearely mentioning date and location of breakdown not attended by contractor. Break down shall be got rectified/attended directly from the market by the department at the risk and cost of the contractor.

Transporting submersible pump set to workshop for repair/overhauling.

Strip opening of submersible bowel assy any stages and any number of impellers complete, taking out unsv parts, cleaning of complete parts and carrying out necessary machining work such as grinding and metaling of shaft and replacement of unsv parts and assembling the pump set and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately under Srl item No. 6 to 19 here-in-after :

Strip opening of submersible motor of capacity 65 HP 3 phase 415 volts 50 HZ and taking out burnt out windings. Cleaning of motor rotor and stator with cleaning material. Machining work complete including remeteling of rotor shaft etc, Rewinding of motor with stove enamelled copper wire of existing gauge. Repalcement of unserviceable parts as required. Assembling of motor and testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Spare required shall be measured and paid separately under Srl item No. 6 to 19 here-in-after.

All as per Srl item No. 4 here-in-before but submersible motor of capacity 45 HP.

Supply only in replacement of Neck ring 4" dia type of submersible pump of capacity of 16.5 LPS discharge at 145 Metre head Capacity 45 to 65 HP.
