Safe Unloading and Shifting of 33kv VCB (BHEL Make) With Help of Hydra and skilled labor as per supervision of site engineer and safety of equipment will be Adhered by Contractor Itself.

Opening of Jumpers, Cable Connections and earth connections of damaged/Defective 36kv VCB(ABB make, 2008) installed at 33 Industrial Feeder with help of special T&P and Skilled labour.

Dismantling of Defective 36kv VCB (ABB make) with its structure, While only using skilled Manpower with Special T&P because Hydra or JCB not possible to enter at 33kv Yard due to less space and 33kv bus clearance. After Dismantle, Carry Defective 33kv VCB to Yard approach road(Approx 30 mtr) .All Material, labour, tools, crane and T&P arrange by contractor at his own cost and work is to be done in supervision of JE/SDO.

Shifting of damaged/Old 36kv VCB(ABB make) from Yard approach Road to Store Site as per direction by Site engineer with help of Hydra and T&P.

Shifting of new 36kv VCB (BHEL) from Approach road to worksite ,as directed by supervisor engineer with help of Skilled Labour, special T&P.

Erection of new 36 KV VCB (BHEL make) with its structure on Urgent Basis by way of Using Skilled labour , Hydra and T&P by contractor at his own cost and work is to be done in supervision of JE/SDO.

Modification of 36 kv VCB structure With Help of its Channel by cutting, welding etc. for installation of new 36kv VCB (BHEL make) structure Angle & channels will be provided by department at free of cost with help of special T&P and Skilled labour.All material, skilled labour and T&P will be arrange by contractor at his own cost and work is to be done in The Supervision of JE/SDO.

Doing Jumpers, Control cable connections and earthing connections of New 36kv(BHELMake) VCB with help of special T&P and Skilled labour.Testing of 36 kv VCB by TNC switch and tripping by relay.All material, labour, tools, crane and T&P will be arranged by contractor at his own cost and work to be done in supervision of JE/SDO.

Safe loading & carriage of 01 No. 33KV VCB (ABB MAKE) from 220KV Tundla (approx 5 KM) to 132 kv sub station Tundla with help of skilled labour and private vehicle.
