RequiredThe tenders will be evaluated as per GO MS No.294, Dt : 18-07-2020 for the works costing above Rs.5.00 lakhs upto 50.00 lakhs in which the bid capacity of the contractor will be calculated as per formula 3 AN-B, the bid capacity should be greater than ECV for eligibility of the particular work.

RequiredPayments will be done as per seniority of the bill submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC.

RequiredAgencies shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills.

RequiredFor all works costing Rs.20.00 Lakhs and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance.

RequiredViolation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demolition to a lower class / suspension of business / removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue.

RequiredThe agency declaration genuineness of certificate must be uploaded on Non-Judicial Rs.100.00 stamp paper.

RequiredContractor must furnish experience certificate in Structural repairs and Epoxy grouting to the External Walls /Ceiling, Specialized Crack filling at least for 50% of the ECV.

RequiredContractor must produce 5 years guarantee along with Manufacturers guarantee certificate to be enclosed.

RequiredBefore commencement of work, complete total required chemicals / coatings as mentioned in the tender to be supplied to the Engineer-in-charge, after that only work has to be commenced as directed by the engineers in-charge.

RequiredOnly material make approved in the standard schedule of rates is allowed.
