Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors or pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as in flooring finished even and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast interlocking paver block glossy finish of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thick M-40 GRADE with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors, below paver blocks or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured chequred cement concrete tiles (30cmx30cmx25mm thick) in grey cement and with pigment in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling/stone slabe incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wall cladding glazed ceramic colour tiles joint free in vertical surfaces of size 350x250x7mm/ 450x300-350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick backing in to layer coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished/excavated material /soil .n exc 50m depositing were directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in coping to retaining walls/steps/parapet/kerbs/base of railing post etc., including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto coarse in CM (1:4) including raking out existing pointing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plastering work 15 mm thick on fair surfaces of stone masonry, brick or concrete surfaces (1:4) to be finished even and fair (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (weather proof paint on external surfaces) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces at any height of building / tower complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 including raking or cutting out joints complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19.00 above but "except stone" complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as bonder stones set in cement mortar 1:6,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 mm thick plain Poly carbonate translucent sheeting fixed with self tapping, screw incl aluminium strip for joint free and dismantling complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes hard / dense soil (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.50cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in steel gate in such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes;framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290.Gde -E-165 including all fittings and fixtures etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains etc complete including necessary formwork and fair finish complete all as specified and directed.
