Excavation in soil in Hilly Area in all kind of soil, including cutting and trimming of side slopes and loading in truck and carrying of excavated materials disposing of excavated earth with embankment or dumping site as per clause 1603.1. & 1603.2, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level,1:4:8 (one Cement : four coarse sand) : eight graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level,1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand): ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm(forty millimeter) nominal size) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six coarse sand : tweleve graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 ( seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x25 mm (seventy five into twenty five millimeter) mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg ( Seven point seven five kilogram) per sqm to window frames etc. including 62x19 mm ( sixty two into ninteen millimeter) beading of second class teak wood and priming coat with approved steel primer all complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, Two or more coats on new work, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete 15 mm ( fifteen millimeter) nominal bore, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
