Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinthin: 6.2.2 Cement Mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 coarse sand).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(no modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: 6.4.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 13.4.2 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand): 11.26.1 25mm thick

Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with rectangular/L-Type sections, made of 1.60 mm thick M.S. Sheet, joints mitred, welded and grinded finish, with profiles of required size, inciuding fixing of neeessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.
