Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:114:3 (1 cement : 114 coarse sand (zone-ill) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement per bag of concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification.

Providing and fixing Matt Glazed 8mm Cool Roof SRI Tile of value >90(White colour) and/or >78(other colours) as per ASTN E1980, EN 673 & EN 411, colour resistance to UV Light as per DIN 51094, Breaking strength >1300N, flextural strength >35N/mm2, water absorption of <0.5% having abrassion resistance PEI-4 & above & surface hardness MOH-6 & above. Confirming to IS 15622:2017 and IS 4457:2007 standards and adhering to IGBC and LEED requirements as per approved Size / Colour / Design. Tiles to be made in company's own plant. Tiles to be fixed with Cementitious adhesive added with liquid polymer and jointing (3 -5 mm) to be filled with Cementitious grout
