PART - A : PIPING
FABRICATION, ERECTION, INSTALLATION AND TESTING OF PIPING
Receiving and taking over of all Owner supplied materials from Owner's place(s) of issue, transportation including loading, unloading, handling from Owner's designated place(s) of issue to Contractor's own stock yard(s)/ work site(s)/ work shop(s) including arranging all necessary intermediate storage area(s) thereof, as required; supply of materials, equipment, consumables as defined in Contractor's scope of supply and their transportation to the work site(s), approval / statutory payment required for (if applicable); performing all above ground / buried / under pit piping fabrication works including cutting, edge preparation (inclusive of grinding the edges of pipes, fittings, flanges etc. to match with the matching edges of uneven/ different thickness wherever required), fit up, bending, pre-heating wherever required, welding, threading etc.; all types of inline and online instruments such as pressure/ thermal safety valves (other than those covered separately), fittings of all sizes i.e. elbows, reducers, tees, 'o'-lets, flanges, blind flanges, spectacle blinds, tapping's for pressure gauges, thermowells, hoses and hose couplings of all sizes, if applicable, vents and drains required for process and hydro testing purposes etc. including supply and fixing of all types of gaskets (including gaskets for RTJ flanges), bolts, studs and nuts of all sizes; carrying out non-destructive testing (excluding radiography covered subsequently in SOR) such as magnetic particle/ liquid penetration test etc. as required; cleaning and flushing by water/ compressed air, carrying out hydrostatic test, pneumatic test, valve functional test and any other type of testing as specified, de-pressurising, dewatering, drying by compressed air, if applicable; cutting/ rebeveling (as required), pre-commissioning and providing commissioning assistance to Client for process piping and commissioning of non-process piping, if applicable; clean-up and restoration of site, preparation of as-built drawings, documents and project records; transportation of surplus free issue materials to Owner's designated place(s); completing all works in all respects as per the AFC drawings, specifications, standards and other provisions of Contract and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES : 1. All butt welded fittings end shall generally match with connecting pipe wall thickness. However, in case of mis-alignment, contractor shall have to do end preparation accordingly without any extra cost. 2. All couplings, nipples, plugs for nipple etc. as required for hydro test and other connections shall be supplied by contractor without any extra cost. 3. All Gaskets (with inner and outer SS rings) and Nut-Bolts of adequate quantity shall be supplied and installed without any extra cost. Cost is deemed to be included under this SOR item. 4. Supply of Pipes, all type Valves, fittings & flanges of sizes below 2" are covered under this SOR item. No separate payment will be made. Contractor to quote accordingly. 5. Any branch connection taken from mainline shall be considered under this SOR item only. Contractor to quote accordingly. 6. Appropriate support on existing piping for tap/ tie-in operations. 7. New vent line installation from all the new sources i.e., proposed skid or vent line connectivity with existing vent line header shall be considered under this SOR item only. Contractor to quote accordingly. 8. Checking thickness/ integrity of the existing pipe with UT machine where hook-up to be taken and finalization of locations for fittings, when appropriate thickness found.

PIPING LEAKS / BURSTS
All works for leak/ burst (occurring during hydrostatic testing) including necessary repair/ replacement of defective pipe length, including cutting and removing out defective pipes, welding, NDT of welds, repair and re-testing of defective welds, painting of welded joints, clean-up, re-hydro testing of the pipe segment including providing all necessary equipment's, labour, materials, consumables and inputs other than Owner supplied materials and performing all works as per drawings, specifications enclosed with the contract and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
INSTALLATION OF VALVES
Receiving and taking over of all Owner supplied materials, equipment's from Owner's designated place(s) of issue, transportation including loading, unloading, handling from Owner's designated place(s) of issue to Contractor's own stock yard(s)/ work site(s)/ work shop(s) including arranging all necessary intermediate storage area(s) thereof, as required; supply of all materials, equipment, consumables as defined in Contractor's scope of supply and its transportation to the work site(s); welding of pup piece either side of the valve and welding of 2" bypass line (if required), installation of valves, including fixing of gaskets, bolts, studs, nuts wherever required, levelling, aligning, installation and assembly of accessories including accessories for actuators including making electrical connections for such actuators, if any, by bolting/threading or welding of pipes at all elevations, testing, completing all works in all respects as per drawings, specification, other provisions of Contract and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

HOOK - UP WITH EXISTING PIPING
Complete work for hook-up of proposed piping with existing piping network within plant, including nitrogen purging for inertization, cold cutting, bevelling, hook-up, welding and providing manpower assistance during the complete duration of the job, including supply of all materials, equipment, tools and tackles, consumables (including supply of nitrogen required for purging/ filling) etc. as per the relevant specification, other provisions of contract documents and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES : 1. Supply of nitrogen, regulator, fitting, hoses etc. and all other material required to complete the job in all aspects are in the scope of contractor. 2. Localized nitrogen cylinder during welding shall also be in contractor's scope. 3. Cold cutting machine (pneumatically drive/ air operated with liquid system) allowed for existing pipeline cutting activity. No manual/ hackshaw cutting is allowed. 4. All Hook up to be completed within 48 hours shutdown. 5. Provision of fire extinguishers, blankets etc. and strict compliance of safety & PPE. 6. Nitrogen cylinder (at least 4 nos.) shall be available at each hook-up points during cutting and welding for inertization of localised gas pockets. 7. Provision to be taken care to prevention entry of external content (e.g. water, moisture, soil etc.) in existing piping.

SUPPLY OF NITROGEN FOR PURGING
NOTES : 1. Number of cylinders shall be advised by Engineer-in-Charge and as per site requirements.

PAINTING & COATING
All above ground piping and structures shall be painted to prevent atmospheric corrosion. Painting of above ground piping and structures shall be as per specifications. Painting shall be suitable for normal corrosive environment/ corrosive environment, as applicable, as defined in Painting Specification. Supply of paints, solvents and primers, preparation of surfaces and application of primer and finish paints suitable for highly corrosive painting environment as defined in contract document and on pipes as per standard specification for painting specification, identification, lettering/ numbering, colour coding etc. as specified including rub down and touch up of shop primer or scrapping of shop primer wherever required and providing of scaffolding for all heights, labour, materials, tools and tackles, consumables, supervision etc. to complete the work in all respect as per Specification, Drawings, Standards and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

RADIOGRAPHY
Performance of radiographic inspection of piping of all types, sizes, thickness including providing or hiring of all necessary equipment, supply of all consumables including radiographic films and whatever else even though not expressly mentioned but required to perform the work as per specification and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor to submit DPR, Inspection Report along with Radiography Report to Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES : 1. All NDT including Radiography, MPT, LPT are covered under this SOR item. No separate payment shall be made. Radiography of piping joints as per details given below:

PIPE SUPPORTS
Supply, fabrication and erection of pipe/ equipment supports (for all sizes/ thickness) including shoes, pipes, crossovers, platforms, ladders, railings etc. as required, cradles, turn buckles, T-posts for all types of guides, anchors, special supports for cold/ hot insulated pipes etc. if applicable, all necessary equipment, consumables, labour etc. for completing all works including supply of bolts, nuts, washers, U-clamps, wooden blocks etc. as required for supporting, supply and installation of neoprene pad in proposed/ existing supports to maintain the integrity of cathodic protection, supply and application of paints and primers suitable for normal corrosive painting environment as defined in contract document and as per standard specification for painting specification, Drawings, Specification, Standards, other provisions of Contract and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES : 1. Saddle type supports shall be used for all supports.
CS Structural Steel
DISMANTLING OF EXISTING PIPING
Complete work of carrying out dismantling of the existing above ground pipe section (including skid packages, i.e. meter etc. and firefighting equipment's, temporary and permanent structure) within station after disconnecting / isolating it from all sources and supplies with positive isolation. Supply of all consumables (i.e. nitrogen required for localised Inertization) materials, deployment of required manpower and equipment's, all temporary works and performing all associated works, complete as per the relevant code, specifications, approved procedures, other provisions of contract document and instructions of Engineer-in-charge. This includes cutting of existing pipe in 6m length, bevelling of both ends painting repair & transport to GAIL’s designated store. 1. The work involve dismantling of all items like assorted pipes, valves, flanges and fittings removal etc. including bevelling, painting repair and transportation to GAIL store/ Terminal/ Work site of each and every item of station. 2. Contractor to perform with minimum damage of items.
Dismantling of the existing above ground piping and related facilities including existing skid packages, i.e. meter etc. within terminal , as per EIC/ Client instructions & site requirement
PART - B : FIREFIGHTING

PART - C : CIVIL & STRUCTURAL
RCC Road
Supplying and laying of stone aggregate of 63mm down to 45mm size for WBM layer Base Course, tough, sound, clean and durable including cost of stone aggregate, all royalties, taxes, handling, transportation to site, unloading the same by the side of road with all leads and lifts, spreading and laying to form water bound macadam in one layer of 75mm compacted thickness to proper grade, camber and level, filling voids with screenings and binding material of plasticity index up to 6%, including cost of supply of screening and binding material, consolidating with power driven road roller, watering, with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-25 grade with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates in pavements etc, making recess/drains, laying in alternate panels, laying of 0.125 mm polyethylene sheet above WBM layer, filling the gaps between the panels with bitumen sand mix filler material etc. for all depths including shuttering, tamping, curing, etc. as specified in any shape, thickness, position and finishing the top surface smooth etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Kerb Stone Fixing
Providing and fixing precast concrete Kerb stones (125 wide X 300 deep) of M-30 grade or equivalent of approved make and shape at or near ground level as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including the cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) wherever required over 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 levelling course, complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- 1. Rate to include all labour, tools, tackles, factory manufactured & steam cured Kerb Stones, shuttering, transportation, water charges, earth work if any, PCC etc complete.
Demolition & Dismantling(VPC-SS-CS-6029)
Site clearance by demolition of R.C.C./Brickwork/Stone Masonry/Stone Soling, Flexible pavements etc. along with removing the debris and disposal of unserviceable material to any lead and staking of serviceable materials, handing over serviceable material to concerned department if required as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Rate includes cost of all labour, tools, tackles, hire charges, royalties, levies, leads, loading/unloading, transportation, water, electric power, illumination etc. complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2. Demolition of RCC/PCC/Brick Masonry/Road will be paid in NET CUM as demolished.
Earth Work in Foundations(VPC-SS-CS-6022)
Earth work in Excavation below ground level for all kinds of works in ALL TYPES OF SOIL as classified in specification for a depth upto 1.5m including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, levelling, grading and ramming of bottoms, dewatering of accumulated water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material within a lead of 100m, as directed including providing temporary supports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewage pipes, electric overhead and underground cables etc. all complete.
Transporting and disposing the SURPLUS EARTH AND DEBRIS including shrubs and vegetations from construction area beyond the initial lead of 100M including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths and heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both the area (viz. from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directed. For carting on the basis of truck measurements (volume of truck reduced by 30% for voids) i) Upto 1.0Km.
Plain & Reinforced Concrete(VPC-SS-CS-6023)
Providing and laying PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE for all depths below and upto plinth level in foundations,drains, fillings, non-suspended floors, pavements & ramps or any other works etc. including shuttering, tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing, shuttering etc. all as specified in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed all complete for concrete of nominal mix 1:4:8 by volume (1 Cement: 4 Coarse Sand: 8 Crushed Stone Aggregates/Gravels with 40mm and down size graded crushed stone aggaregates.
Providing and laying REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE OF M-30 GRADE with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates/gravel in SUB-STRUCTURE of all types e.g. foundations, footings, raft, beams, slabs, pile caps, retaining walls, jambs, counterforts, buttresses, trenches, manholes,pipe encasement, catchpits, drains, RCC pits, equipment/machine foundations, pedestals, pipe sleepers, columns, plinth beams, suspended floors, beams, staircases, landings, steps, brackets etc. (including single pour concreting upto 250m3), including cost of admixtures if used,providing pockets, openings, recesses, chamfering etc., wherever required, vibrating, tamping, curing and rendering if required to give a smooth and even surface etc. all complete (excluding the Cost of Reinforcement and Shuttering) for all depths below and upto plinth level in any shape, position and thickness etc. all complete as specified, shown and directed.
Centering And Shuttering
Providing and fixing CENTERING AND SHUTTERING in foundations, footings, raft beams, slabs, pile caps, retaining walls, jambs, counter-forts, buttresses, trenches, equipment/machine foundations, pedestals, abutments, pipe sleepers, columns, plinth beams, lintels, suspended slabs, beams, staircases, landings, steps, non-circular tunnels/bunkers/silos/ shafts/ hoppers/liquid storage structures etc. including shuttering for single pour concreting, strutting, bracing, propping etc., keeping the same in position during concreting and removal of the same after specified period etc. for Straight/ Inclined Shuttering, keeping necessary provision for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture etc. all complete and as specified and directed.

Reinforcement
Supplying and placing in position HIGH STRENGTH DEFORMED STEEL BARS REINFORCEMENT (conforming to IS:1786, Grade Fe 500D), for R.C.C. work including transporting the Steel, straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, binding with contractor's own 16 SWG black soft annealed binding wire at every intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, overlaps, welding, spacers, fanhooks etc. for all heights and depths etc. all complete as directed.
Structural Steel Works(VPC-SS-CS-6024)
Supplying, transporting, storing, fabricating in position and testing/examining bolted and/or welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS at all levels and locations including all builtup sections/compound sections made out of rolled sections and/or plates/bent plates in trusses, purlins, wind ties, wind girders, columns, portals, racks, frameworks, crane gantries, surge girders, bracings, floor beams, lifting beams, monorails, platforms, staircases (excluding chequered plates and gratings), ladders, stoppers, brackets, side runners, sagrods, supports for equipment and technological accesories and process piping, hand railings, posts, conveyor galleries, trestles, towers, masts, junction houses etc., cutting to required size, straightening/bending if required, edge preparation, cleaning, preheating, bolting/welding of joints, (including sealing the joints of box sections with continuous welding), finishing edges by grinding, fixing in line and level with temporary staging & bracing and removal of the same after erection, grouting with Ordinary Grout or premix free flow Nonshrink Grout as specified, including preparation and submission of detailed fabrication drawings and applying primer after fabrication as per specification (for normal corrosive environment), etc. all complete
Supplying and applying FINISH PAINT of approved quality and shade including a coat of primer as per Specification/BIS Codes over one coat of shop primer already applied including storage, surface preparation, degreasing, cleaning, drying, touching up of shop primer coat, providing temporary staging, scaffolding, testing etc., for steel structures at all levels and locations, all complete as specified.
Misc. Structural Steel Works(VPC-SS-CS-6026)
Supplying, transporting, storing, fabricating and fixing in position M.S. METAL INSERT (with lugs) of any shape made out of flats, plates, rolled sections, pipes etc. providing necessary templates, staging, cutting, straightening, if required, bolting, welding as required and embedding in position on both Plain and Reinforced Cement concrete members inclusive of adjusting shuttering & reinforcement/ any other fixture, welding where necessary, tying and holding to correct level, line and position, any auxilliary dummy structures to support the heavy inserts, painting exposed surfaces with a coat of primer as per Specification / BIS Codes etc. all complete for all depths and heights as specified and directed. ( SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIALS IN CONTRACTOR'S SCOPE).
Supplying, fabricating, fixing and keeping in position at all levels and locations THREADED ANCHOR BOLTS of all diameters and nomenclature including nuts, washers, anchor plates, pipe sleeves etc. in foundations, columns, pedestals, slabs, beams, walls etc. or any other place as directed including handling & transporting, straightening if required, turning from relevant size M.S. rounds to required diameter, threading, welding, providing necessary templates and auxilliary dummy structures, if any, necessary tying and welding with reinforcement, adjustment of shuttering & reinforcement/any other fixture, greasing exposed metal surfaces, covering bolts and packing the sleeves with jute cloth etc. all complete as specified and directed.
Non Shrink Grout In Foundation And Pocket
Providing and applying non-shrinking cement grout in mix as per manufacturers specification for pockets of foundation, under base plate etc. including cleaning out pockets, brushing, curing, etc. complete and as per the specifications and drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The non shrinking grout shall be laid as per the manufacturer’s specifications. Supply of all materials and providing labour, tools and tackles are in contractor’s scope.
PART - D : INSTRUMENTATION - COMPOSITE SOR

Excavation of trenches as applicable for buried the cables, preparation of same for laying of cable, filling with river sand, laying of brick, back filling and compacting of the excavated earth, cable route markers, etc. as per specifications including supply of sand and bricks and removal of surplus earth as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Erection Hardware including Cable Tray support, Cable ties, Nut/bolt, cable lugs ferrule etc. for completion of work as per project requirement. Supply of all erection hardware required for installation of field instrumentation like,PG, cable tray, cable glands, ferrule, stand pipes, brackets, clamps etc.
PART - E : PROCUREMENT
Supply of items including procurement and transportation to worksite(s)/ workshop(s) including loading, unloading and handling for the following materials to be supplied by Contractor as per the requirement of MTO, PMS, ITP, specifications, data-sheets, standards, instructions of Owner/ Engineer- in-Charge and other provisions of Contract/ Tender.
