Supply and fix Digital ammeter flush type 96 sqmm with suitable fixing arrangement for easily fixing in existing LT panel including necessary wiring.

Supply and fix Digital voltmeter flush type 96 sqmm with suitable fixing arrangement for easily fixing in existing LT panel including necessary wiring.

Supply and fix Indicator lamp assembly LED type (RYB) in existing LT panel with suitable wiring and volts.

Supply and fix CT coil 250/5 Amps with suitable fixing arrangement for easily fixing in existing LT panel including necessary wiring.

Taking out existing LT cable off sizes up to 300 Sqmm 3 core from duct/wall/floor/ trenches and re-laying the same serviceable cable after fault rectification in existing position with supply and fixing connecting materials such as thimbles, lugs, nuts, bolts and washers as required at site all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unserviceable LT cable of any size from trenches/ walls /floor etc Supply & laying of LT XLPE Insulated screened aluminium stranded conductor cable PVC bedded galvanized strip armoured heavy duty 11 KV cross sectional area 240 Sqmm 4Core conforming to IS 7098 lead in duct/trenches complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay High density poly ethylene pipes(HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 of size 100mm or suitable size for laying cables laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel Chequered Plate of 6 mm thick to Cable Duct Cover and 45 x 45 x 6 mm angle iron, cut in to required pieces and lifting groove and placing over angle iron complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix aluminium lugs for 10 sqmm to 16 sqmm 4 core cable complete all as specefied and as directed

Supply & fix aluminium lugs for 25 sqmm to 35 sqmm 4 core cable complete all as specefied and as directed

Supply & fix aluminium lugs for 50 sqmm to 70 sqmm 3.5 core cable complete all as specefied and as directed

Supply & fix aluminium lugs for 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm 3.5 core cable complete all as specefied and as directed

Supply & fix aluminium lugs for 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm 3.5 core cable complete all as specefied and as directed

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32x6 mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

M&L for Earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead as 25x4 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc.

S & F in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M S Clamps, bolt and nut approved size for HT Panels, 25x20cm size including taking out old unserviceable danger notice plate complete.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate). Not exceeding 15 CM in deapth for plinth protaction for path including Nessarey excavation, form work and dismentling of old surface complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply & fixing of fire retardant /extinguishing electric insulated Synthetic mat "INSULATICA 2000" of 2.5mm thick + 10% confirming to BIS: DOC NO. ET-02 (5440) Dt. 30/04/2004, meeting requirement of IS 3043, IS 5216 (part-1, 2&3), IS 8437 and IEC 479 Pub-1, Tested for Breakdown strength Tensile/elongation Ageing properties, Insulation Resistance, effects of Acid Alkaline Diesel & Transformer Oil leakage Current Test, Fkire Test etc having Min. width of 1000 mm + 20mm. All allied material such as Pu-Resin, Chemi Bound (hardener), Spl. PVC Adhesive, Liquid Printer etc. In what so ever quantity required to complete the job as per site requirement suitable for all voltage not exceeding 11KV System-with HT.

S & F On Load change over switch Four pole 160 amps 415 volts with all incoming and outgoing connection with cable lugs,washers,nutbolts and accessories complete with taking down old unserviceable changeover switch all as specified and as directed.

S & F On Load change over switch Four pole 250 amps 415 volts with all incoming and outgoing connection with cable lugs,washers,nutbolts and accessories complete with taking down old unserviceable changeover switch all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 2 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etc with MS clamps from junction box to street light fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix wall mounted LED batten fitting with decorative end caps of capacity 20 W and 4 feet or nearest higher wattage 2500 lm, 6500 K suitable for surface, wall and conduit mounting complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up complete.
