M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, with sanding pad of 80 grit having dia 7"/9" to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1 to 2mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per following steps :- Step 1 - Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute. Step 2 - Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3 - Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltrs (undiluted)/10sq mtrs diluted with water 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @0.8 ltrs (undiluted)/10sq mtrs diluted with water 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m. The spray machine should be of reputed paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coatscomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon addictive & colour stay technology excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ltr as per the LEEDS specification anti algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltrs (undiluted)/10sq mtrs diluted with water as per manufacturer instruction applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m. the spray machine should be of reputed paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying emulsion should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of emulsion on the surface using auto roller for making the surface uniform. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using airless spray technology with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30m. The spray machine should be of repeated paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper mashking to be carried out before primer and paint application

M&L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint using airless spray technology with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m. the spray machine should be of repeated paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying plastic emulsion should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of plastic emulsion on the surface using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and as directed.

Prepartaion of wall surface and application of textures panes in following stage :- (i) sanding the surface to make it smooth and applied to 2 mm thick acrylic wall putty allow its to dry for four to six hours after the putty the surface as dried against sanding the surface and applied one coat of deco solvent based primer over the surface. (ii) Again sanding the surface and apply first coat of Royle base coat and second coat of Royle Luxury Emulsion with Proper dillution of water as per procedure recommended by Engr-in-charge. (iii) After the drying time of 3-4 hrs, apply top coat of Co -polymer based interior special effects emulsion which will not rag or sag on vertical surface with abrasion residance, odouless and non-toxic properties to provide different types of spl effects such as crinkles , dapple weaving , canvas , spatula, colour , ragging sponging combing, brushing etc. with different toolscomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty with preparation of plastered surfacescomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pilastered etc. by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down existing colour surface smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (approved colour/ shade)complete all as specified and as directed.
