Replacement of worn out Rexene to the cabin hood by way of removal of damaged one, P/fixing new Rexene by application of rubber bound fixing solution including foam packing etc. as may be required for smooth fixing.

Strengthening and reinforcement of excavating bucket by way of its dis-assembling from the boom its shifting to workshop in private load carrier, remetalling at worn out thinned spots as and where required its proper finishing, P/f of M.S Cleats by way of welding, finishing, replacement of worn out pins, shims, bushes etc. to linkage assembly including removal by cutting using oxy-acetylene gas cutter, greasing, lubrication etc. Re-assembling and re-fitting of bucket to the boom.

Improvements to lighting system by way of Checking of wire networks, replacement of worn out wiring, fuses, tapping’s etc. and P/F of following: 1.Left side brake light. 2. 12 Volts bulbs to all the lights

Strengthening of foot pads by way of removal of damaged mild steel strips, P/F of new 40x5x450 mm strips, the job shall include shifting of machine to workshop cutting out old strips and welding of new strips, repairs to side wall sheet including finishing, application of metal primer coat etc.

Repairs to damaged operators seat by way of removal of torn cover and foam, P/F of new Rexene cover and 50 mm thick foam of superior quality including using adhesive solution, stapler hook, cotton rolls etc. as may be required.

Providing of diesel tank lid/ Cap filler. [Part No.1H0039]
