Hire charges for SITC of video wall of following sizes at SAC . The rate should be inclusive of transportation , loading and un loading of equipments. ( Convocation Day & previous Day) i) 24 x 12 ft - 1 No (Main stage) ii) 12 x 10 ft - 2 Nos (Stage left & right) iii) 16 x 12 ft - 1 No (Gallery) iv) 42 inch Monitor - 4 Nos

Providing surveillance camera in front of all openings, inside/outside the tent with adequate recording facilities. The full recorded video during the functioning of the tent should be supplied in Compact Disc or any storage device to IITM., at KV School Ground, The Terrace @ IITM (Campus Café) & Community hall or NAC II

Hire charges for providing colour LED serial lights at various places inside our premises for convocation and removing the same after completion of the function as per the instruction given by the Engineer incharge. The rate shall inclusive of necessary cabling from the near by mains and seperate ON/OFF control panel for all the locations.

Hire charges for providing 100W multi colour single LED fittings at for various places inside the Convocation Hall and out side the buildings and removing the same after completion of the fuction as per the instruction given by the Engineer incharge.
