Operation of 1120 KLD STP plant, designed on moving bed biofilm-reactor (MBBR) technology by deploying 3 Nos. operators (Gr.I) (One No. in each shift) and One No. Khallasi/ sweeper (in general shift) i/c providing and loading of Consumables for 1120 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant designed on moving bed bio reactor technology, i/c Consumable materials, such as UREA, DAP, CHLORINE, BIO CULTURE, Filter Media, Cartridge Filters, Water testing charges and other consumable as per norms and as per maintenance schedule for successful operation of the plant, electrical panels, cables and other accessories complete as per the terms and condition and detailed inventory attached as required.

Comprehensive Maintenance of 1,120 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant designed on moving bed bio reactor technology (MBBR) as per the inventory, terms and condition attached, all type of material, for the REPAIR, REPAIRING / REPLACEMENT of defective parts including supplying and replacement of electric panels along with its inbuilt components, switches, cables, diffusors, blowers, blower’s motor, oil, air filters, blower’s bearing and belts, pumps and motors sets, pipes (CI/GI), Pipeline’s fittings, valves and other allied accessories complete etc., as and whenever required along with regular CLEANING of bar-screen, OGT chamber and DISINFECTING of chlorine contact tank and clear / treated water tanks with proper use of required chemicals and MACHINERY i.e. chemical spray guns, portable oxygen supply cylinder with face masks and body suits.as per the inventory, terms and condition attached, all type of material, for repairing, repair/replacement of defective parts including supplying and replacement of electric panels, cables, pump and motor sets, pipes, valves and other allied accessories complete etc. as required.

Supply and Loading of Media as Sand approx. 3000 kgs (Pebbles Sizes 1”, ¾”,1/2”, 1/4” and Sand) and Media as Carbon approx. 1000 kgs (900 IV Grade) in each Multigrade Sand Filter and Activated Carbon Filter of the STP with necessary Rubber Gasket, G.I. Nut, G.I. Bolts and required Washers.
