Charges for carrying out the work of Daily Maintenance & Checking of Emulsifier system, Equipment’s & its accessories such as deluge valves by dismantling, inspection of internals, thorough cleaning, changing of diaphragm, seating washer including cost of changing of corroded and worn-out fitting, removal of spray nozzle/bulbs, flushing of pipelines and refixing of nozzles and bulbs, Rectification of detector pipelines by attending leaks and replacing of worn-out/corroded clamps, fitting and rectification of spray system pipelines by replacing of worn-out adopters including removing the existing broken nozzles by drilling, Clearing and disposing the enormous growth of bushes, scrub jungle, grass and unwanted fire hazard materials such as dry grass ,tree leaves, papers, polythene papers, cutting small plants, DV area premises including transportation of waste material away from the site, Reconditioning of Valves Internals Viz., dismantling of Bonnet, Stem, Disc, Stuffing Box and asses the defect, rebuilt the worn-out portion by casting welding rod material, grinding the metal built portion, Lapping the face by lapping compound, Blue match the mating portion and renew the gaskets, Bolts& Nut, Assemble the Valve with gland packing, strainers cleaning, Non- Return Valves cleaning ,Pipe Lines maintenance patch welding, Excavation work for pipe patch welding with safety appliances including T&P's and consumable charges etc.,

Charges for Painting emulsifier pipe line with two coat enamel red paint including consumables and T&Ps and cost of paint.
