To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26 (c) executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work 1)Excavation/subgrade/Embakment-3,794.00 2)Concrete(PCC/RCC/PQC/DLC)-1,257.00 CUM&3)Steel-59.00 TONNE.
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified,if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity is AXNX1.5-B where where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years updated to 2026-27 price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.N is Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited is 0.75 Year B is Value at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.75 year Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited.
Maximum of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27)

The Deck slab Bridgecum barrage is proposed across nala on local Nala near Nidiranagar village of Hukkeri Taluka Belgaum District
2) CONNECTIVITY
Bugadikatti-Terani-Indiranagar village
Since existing CD is MCPC of 1.20m dia of 15 nos and it is getting flooded during heavy mansoon seasons and width of CD only 7.20m and damaged during heavy rainfall Hence it is proposed to construct new deck slab bridge cum barrage across nala.
4) DESIGN ASPECT
A Deck slab bridge cum barrage is designed with a span of 2.0m x 3.75m -12 vents considering the Highest Discharge of Cathment area Method and area velocity Method as per Indian Standard Codes & Approach improvments is proposed for achiving Ruling Gradient. It is proposed to improve the curve as per IRC
6) PROVISION FOR IMPROVEMENTS
Deck Slab bridge cum barrage of 2.0 x 3.75m-12 vents as per catchment area.
The rates adopted are as per provided SR for the year 2023-24 KPWD SR Rates.
8) CONSTRUCION MATERIALS
Locally available materials such as Gravel, Trap stone,Jelly of good quality are consiidered
9) COST OF PROJECT
The cost of the improvement of said work is 350.00 lakhs
10) MODE OF EXECUTION
AS per the norms and procedure of PWD division by calling the Tender and entrusting the work of eligible contractor will be followed.
