Disconnecting existing tanks, setting a side (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting reconennecting and re-fixing in positing exc 250 Ltrs to 500 Ltrs

All as per serial item no 1.00 above item but 500 Ltrs to 1000 Ltrs

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removed to store, 15 mm dia bore.

Fixing only in steel tubing and connection 15 mm dia bore.

Supply and fixing for GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors.

Supply and fixing for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I of capacity 500 ltrs.20 mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142 gms/ 20mm-210 gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms)

Supply and fixing for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I of capacity 1000 ltrs.20 mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing on brick walls where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends for concealed water tubing and making good, cutting n. exc. 10cm girth.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles or any other roof treatment, single layer on roof & stacking serviceable tiles for use and disposal of unserviceable material off MOD premises complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs , any thickness, including plastering and leeping including taking down taking down tarfelt etc complete all as specifed and directed. Note:- contractor must be carried out the demolished/dismantle material like mud concrete and brick tiles etc from roof to ground level by adopting mechanical means (i.e lift and disposed off in low line are at any distance, Note :- height max 12 meter)

Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cheisling the existing bituminous coating and disposing rubbish off the premises to any distance complete all as specifed and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor etc by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in roof kerbs, mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate on roof surfaces as padding to receive waterproofing treatment and to the required slope including finishing the exposed surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for screed bed 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of slab in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and fair with using water proof compound @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specifed and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sqm over APP membrane/including cleaning of surfaces complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @0.40 ltr/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20Kg/sqm and provide modified polymeric five layered APP( Atactic polyproylene modified polymeric membrance with 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene file. Min wt of membrane will be 3.0 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely to the surface with min end overlap of 15cms and side lap 75mm( overlap to be bounded with thermo fused by flam), including cutting roofs and brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Max ht 12 meter.

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles or beded in cement mortar over APP membrane including joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WPC @ 2% by wt of cement complete all as specifed and directed.

All as per serial item No 21.00 above but except brick tiles

Material and labour for flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to brick work or brick tiles laid in floors or surface channels, roof etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for roof cleaning by cutting or uprooting grass, vegetation and small plants etc from the roof/wall, including making good cement plaster/concrete surface as specified and directed and removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for internal plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for external plastering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for applying one coat of cement base paint on wall surfaces including preparation of old wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat alkali resistant priming paint on walls including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for fixing of 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain/corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified including dismantling.

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated surfaces of steel of any description exc 10cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer.
