Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing vegetation growth / plants of any size at the junction of SWR pipe and wall, parapets up to roots and making good disturbed the surface in CM 1:3 up to height of 16 m all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing seamless false ceiling with 12 mm thick Gypsum board in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid made of hot dipped galvanized steel section (galvanized @ 120 grams per Sq m including both sides) of 600 mm pitch standard, consisting of GI main -T runners (size 24 mm x 38 mm, minimum 0.33 mm thick sheet) spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, suitably spaced at joints to get required length 1200 mm long, and GI Cross 'T' of size 24 mm x 28 mm made out of minimum 0.33 mm thick sheet spaced @ 600 mm centre to centre, and form grid of size 1200 mm x 600 mm. All complete as per the drawing & directions of engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for false ceiling at any height using integral densified calcium silicate, reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of size 595 mm x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise reduction co-efficient) of minimum 0.5 as per IS 8225 : 1987, Light reflectance of minmum 85%, non-combustible as per BS : 476 (Part - 4), fire performane as per BS : 476 (Part 6 & 7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.05 W/m K as per ASTM 518 : 1991, fixed in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams per square metre on both sides), comprising of main - T runner of size 24 mm x 38 mm of length 3 m, cross - T of size 24 mm x 32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 mm x 600 mm, Grid suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per square metre) i.e., 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diamter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85 mm x 25 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm. Taking down existing roof treatment of any type, preparing the roof top surfaces, by sweeping and removing all loose dirt, providing material and labour for Atactic Polypropylene modified polymeric membrane, made of 90 micron high density polyethylene film sandwiched between two layers of polymeric (ATACTIC POLY PROPYLENT BASED) bitumen and finally laminated on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film (weight not less than 150 grams / sq m), including applying bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 litre/sq m ,membrane shall be laid uniformly (minimum overlap of 100 mm at joints) with torch flame, applying hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg / Sq m, and finally applying a coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml / Sq m complete all as specified and as directed. Note: i) Padding concrete for maintaining slope will be measured and paid separately under respective item. ii) Cost of providing, Screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound over padding concrete shall deemed to be included in this item. iii) Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Material and labour, non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Grade B-IIA), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in flooring, set and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles, of size 350x250x7mm/ 450 x 350 x 7-8 mm thick (Grade B-IIA) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including provision of backing coat of 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.
