S & F sheet metal enclousers made out of CRCA mild steel sheet , IP-43 protection, flush mounted with metal door, powder coated DB SPN 12 way 230 V AC with 200 Amp rated bus bar, Double Door,12 modules, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB's and isolators etc incl taking down old unserviceable DB's complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing (concealed in wall or as directed) factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet) SPN, 8 Way 240V, double door, earth bar, copper bus bar 200 Amp and neutral link, protection class IP-43 suitable for mounting MCB/Isolator, conforming to IS-8623, BS-5484 dust and vermin proof, including taking down unserviceable old DB any type etc and including making good disturbed surfaces of walls as necessaty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F MCB SP suitable for 230 volts AC supply 6 to 32 Amps, SP rupturing capacity not less than 10KA, C Curve ISI Marked,1 module including taking down old unserviceable MCB SP complete all as specified directed.

S & F MCB SPN 40 to 63 Amps, 10 KA 'C' curve 230 V AC, 50 Hz including necessary attachment incl taking down old unserviceable MCB SPN complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F MCB SPN 16 to 32 Amps, 10 KA 'C' curve 230 V AC, 50 Hz including necessary attachment incl taking down old unserviceable MCB SPN complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 63 Amps 415 Volt AC, C curve, 4 module capacity not less than 10 KA including taking down old unserviceable MCB TPN complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 100 Amps 415 Volt AC, C curve, 4 module capacity not less than 10 KA including taking down old unserviceable MCB TPN complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB of capacity 100 Amp, FP, 415 volt, short circuit breaking capacity not less than 25KA , thermal magnetic trip, setting 80-100%, Icu-100% Ics confirming to IEC-947, IS-13947, including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc., MCCB fixing in new DB or the existing DB/Panel including making incoming, outgoing connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- DB shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply and fixing (Concealed with wall) single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 Amps, 240 volts for ACs/ Gyeser supply including taking down old unserviceable enclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Sub main wiring complete with two single core 4 sqmm,1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, multi stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH with continuous copper earth conductor of 4 sqmm in existing PVC concealed conduit incl taking down old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified.

M & L for Sub main wiring complete with two single core 6 sqmm,1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, multi -stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH with continuous copper earth conductor of 6 sqmm in existing PVC concealed conduit incl taking down old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified.

M & L for Sub main wiring complete with two single core 4 sqmm,1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, multi stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH with continuous copper earth conductor of 4 sqmm in & including PVC conduit size 20mm incl taking down old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified.

M & L for submain wiring complete with two single core 6 sqmm 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH with continuous copper earth conductor of 6 Sqmm in & including PVC conduit size 20 mm incl taking down old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point ) complete including fitting such as hylem sheet switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder sockets, regulator except concealed conduit and sunken boxes any type etc. and making good distrubed surfaces of wall and floors etc to match with the existing colour all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable (ISI marked) in existing concealed surface conduit for one light point /fan point controlled by one switch including 1.5 sqmm single core multi stranded FRLSH copper earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, MS Sunken box and 3 mm thick laminated sheet ISI Marked etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type, single pole, one way, 5/6 Amps ISI mark, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose 3 plate flush type 6 Amp 250V AC topline series with polycarbonate 20 X 50 mm two to three terminal complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Sleek Pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant glass, energy saving, IP65 protection, better optics for uniform distribution street/Roadway luminaire with high power LED 25/30 watt complete fitting with driver, LED strip and all other accessories etc, suitable for direct mounting on pipe bracket, fixing on wall with and including brackets made out of GI tubing lightwith suitable bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom (as per sample), fixing with MS clamp (02 Nos) and nut bolts, including before fixing applying two coats of aluminium paint on bracket and clamp over a coat of red oxide primer, including making electric connection with using twin core copper cable of suitable size including taking down old unserviceable light fittings any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement decorative ultra slim liner LED lighting fixture with extended poly carbonate environmental friendly, energy efficient suitable for 16 Watt to 20 Watt with LED tube of model E-lite LED pride and connecting up, complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including earth continuity GI wire 4 mm (upto test point from earth plate i.e. 7.5m min) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and including protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point, including making of test point. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of char coal/coke & salt all around bottom and top with alternative layer. 20mm GI light grade pipe for watering (should be 10cm above GL) and including socket, plug, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover and (including steel for cover) PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary form work, excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part – I) including taking out/dismantling old unserviceable earthing system complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
