PART-A (Compound Lighting Arrangement) Supply, delivery & febrication the piller box of size L=4', H=5',D=3'-0" duly fabricated with suitable CRC Sheet Incl. S/F suitable size of M.S. Angle/flat with vent roof top hodded type rain pertection shade, front & back opening (4nos. Palla system) locking arrangment duly fixed on 5mm thick in top and remaning all sides 3 mm thick iron sheet, welded as per direction of E.I.C. The piller have double door in both side and seperated in to two compartment by iron sheet (16SWG) with angle iron channel. One no compartment for provision of installation of 3ph meter of WBSEDCL and other accessories and another compartment having : The main swiches, BBC, etc. should be fixed on (16 SWG) sheet metal box duly fixed on iron leg/Frame work. The internal connection should be made with required size of Cu. bar/flex wire with both side socketing. The box should be painted with black paint iron sheet portion and all portion should be AL. paint by 2 coats over one coat of R.O. Primer. Two nos. ventilator should be provided in both side incl. S&F 2 nos. 5 liver Novtal (Godrej) Lock & 2 sets of key of the piller box. The piller box will be installing by providing suitable size C.C. muffing with brick wall foundation above the ground level with hollow central portion for cable entry incl. filling up hollow portion with sand after connection of cables. The fedder piller box comprising of following accessories:- Incoming:- a) 500V, 80A, 4 pole MCB isolator on MS Channel - 1 set (L&T/ Schnider/Legrand/ABB Make) b) 500V, 100A 4pole electrolytic copper bus bar supported on non hygroscopic insulator incl. Diff size drill hole- 1set. outgoing:- 1. Supply & Fixing 4" dial 0-500V voltmetre (AE Make) & Selector switch. 2. Supply & Fixing 4" dial 0-100V Ammeter & selector switch 3. Supply & Fixing LED indicator 3 nos. & sliding fuse 3 nos. -- 1set. c) Supply & fixing 440V, 16-20A 4 pole MCB with breaking capacity 10KA & "C" characteristic on din rail of existing channel 5 nos. (As per PWD approved). d. Supply & Fixing of 3 nos. CT ratio 100/5A. Supply & fixing of control box of suitable size made of 16SWG CRC sheet with hinged door cover incl. Making necessary interconnections with suitable sixe of PVC insulated copper conductor fixed on cubrical pannel with nuts, bolts, washers with spacing insulator consisting of following and necessary earthing attachment a. ML-4 contactor (3ph) - 1no. (Make- L&T). b. Digital timer switch- 1no. (Make: L&T, cat no. ST803280000). C. Copper bar with tapping holes on porcelien/ insulator- 4 nos. d. Toggle switch- 1no. (for by pass arrangement).

Supply & laying of 1.1 KV grade 4CX 10 sq. mm. PVC/A cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed (Polycab/Glowstar/Havells)

Supply & fixing of compression type gland complete with brass ring gland brass ring for dust & moisture proof entry of 4 core 10 sqmm PVC/A cable incl. Finishing the ends of the same cable by crimping methods incl. Supplying and fixing solderless socket (dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste and joining meterial.

Supply & Erection of 7 Mtr. GI Octagonal pole confirming to as per IS: 2629/IS 2633/IS 4759 and with its latest amendment, grade S355 of BSEN 10025, as per diemension -TOP dia 70mm, bottom dia- 135mm, Section-1 (section length- 7000mm) thick-3 mm, base plate-225mm X 225X 16mm, PCD-220mm incl. foundation of suitable size as specified below considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as T/sqm, including excavation of earth, providing, cutting, bending and placing in position reinforcement as per drawing and providing pipe for cable entry and exit as required and providing and fixing of 4 nos. foundation bolts (J Type) as specified below and as per drawing on ground surface including back filling and clearing extra earth 7 mtr. long [ Foundation size 600mm X600 mm X 1000mm, J Bolt size- M 24 X 750] or equivalent. Supplying and drawing of 2x1.5sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed wire of copper conductor in 13mm bore 3mm thick polythene pipe from loop box to LED light fitting.( Polycab/ Hevells/RR cable- Unilay/Finolex)

Earthing with 50mm dia GI pipe (Tata-M) 3.64mm thick x 3.04 Mts long and 1x4 SWG GIO (Hot dip) wire (4 Mts long), 13 mm dia x 80mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl S&F 15mm dia GI pipe protection (1Mts long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65Mts below the ground level.
