Material and labour for Cleaning/removal of blockage from Bathroom, Kitchen, WHB ,EWC, IWC, Urinals etc. including connected Nahani traps / gully traps/floor traps, grating of trap, waste pipes, pipe in any length upto Ist manhole etc choked with mud / other accumulated sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly at any location, at any floor by rodding/choke remover/Pressure technique/manually or otherwise to clear blockage upto entire satisfaction of users, including refixing of oval assess door covers with new nuts & washers and refixing manhole covers, including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge and depositing the sludge in a pit (at empty/open area) of suitable size at a distance exceeding 50 metres from the building where directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Cleaning of existing sewage system/pipe line 100/150/200mm dia (length of pipe line manhole to manhole not exceeding 20 mtr) including cleaning of manholes (any type rectangular/square/circular) located in different situations/sites, taking off the manhole cover (CI or RCC) and placing in the same original position after getting out liquid/sludge/solid contents from the manholes/sewage line and complete perfect function/running/flowing condition without any obstruction by removing all blockage in system with manual labour (rodding manually) or by mechanically sewage suction pump (at contractor;s discretion as required at site) making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge through closed container and depositing the sludge in a pit (at empty/open area) of suitable size at any distance upto 200 metres from the line/colony area where directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Note for item No 01 to 02 :- (i) Contractor or his representative shall report daily at 09.00 AM except on Sunday/ National holidays in the office of Engineer-in-Charge/ Complaint cell to receive complaint slip and necessary directions. Complaints received through telephonic message from JE/ Engineer-in-Charge shall also be attended on the same day and the completion of work shall be reported by 05.00 PM of every working day to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) In case of non attandence of complaints against BOQ item 01 and 02 above by the contractor on the same day, a penalty of Rs 200/- per complaint per day shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (iii) The cost for all necessary T&P such as green female bamboo strips, iron rods, sewage rodding machine, buckets, rope, ladder, safety mask, bleaching powder etc and all other materials for execution of the work shall be included in the unit rate. (iv) A complaint register shall be maintained by JE and proper record of complaints received and attended with date and time shall be recorded and shall be signed daily by both the parties. Complaint register shall be kept on record of Engineer-in-Charge after completion of work.
Cleaning and desilting of sewage lines 150 mm to 250 mm dia of any size at any depth by pumping out /removing liquid waste/sewage ,plugging the ends pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same(silt,sludge &other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing the sewer lines with fresh water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) If required getting a honey sucker and cleaning the heavily congested sewage line. (b) JCB and other machinery required on special basis would be called on requirement basis.

Cleaning the chocks/blockades in AC/CI/PVC soil waste/rain water pipe of any dia and collar, bend etc by removing cleaning eye and refixing the same after cleaning the pipe, making good damaged cement joints, dia of pipe not exc 150mm dia upto ground/stilt plus four floors including necessay scafolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Empting choked up septic tank and soakage pit by providing sewage suction vehicle of capacity 5000 ltrs (BMC Pattern) including other necessary arrangments such as sweepers to clean up the site removing & disposing the entire retrieved material to a near STP with in defence land complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) All precautions to be taken by all workers while working in foul condition. Contractor shall take all necessary actions. (b) After cleaning vehicle will be contractors property. (c) Contractor accredited representative shall be available during the cleaning. (d) Complete process shall be completed in all respects within a day.

Dismantling of road in any description and upto 5.5 m wide, 0.6 to 0.9 m length, hard core of broken stone or boulder having gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, 100 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing finishing surface even and rough using broom finish providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete coloured paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete al as specified and directed.
