Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 Cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nommal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 course sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in super-structure, Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Nallah.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in suspended floors, balconies, landings and staircase having upto 15° slope, excluding cost of centering and shuttering, all work upto floor V level.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding, all complete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc and removal of form for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with water proof ply 12mm thick.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc and removal of form for: Foundations: footing, bases if columns etc. for mass concrete.

6 mm Cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 fine sand).

12 mm Cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 fine sand).

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickes to be specified by the manufactures) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mn thick bed of cement mortar: 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc, complete. In colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown.

CERAMIC GLAZED TILES Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thicken to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size an approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar: 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement sharry, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, Windows ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standars tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections 3.25x1.5 mm thick of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e., at top, bottom and sides with required EPOM rubber/neuropren gasket fell etc, aluminium sections shall be smooth rustfree straight mitred jointed mechanically where ever required including snap beading for glazing paneling C.P. brass stainless steel screws including door closers stopper and all accessories required as per archetectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete. 1 mm thick.

Fishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied).

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litrs low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern including flush pipe with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures, complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever requied: W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised- Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring confirming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for expansion.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked indicating the BIS License No. with cover and suitable locking arrangement and marking necesary holes for inlet, outlet and overlow pipes, but without fitting and the base support for tank ( Sintex, Electroplast, Star, Lotus or equivalent having valid ISI license).

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I./M.S. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 33 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls where ever required. Providing and fixing stone slab with table rubbed, edges rounded and polished, of size 75x50 cm deep, fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and finished smooth.
