Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC as in slab, beam, chajja, old water tank (other than ground floor) beams staircases, and similar all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in path/floor finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in alternate panels of size not exc 4 sqm each including bitumen filling in joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 20mm thick Wearproof topping as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner) as per manfacutre's instruction, as specified laid on concrete floors and pavings and path, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardner) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note metallic hardender & glass strips area measured and paid separately).

Supply only 22 mm wide and 3 mm thick glass dividing strips as laid in floor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply on metallic hardner mix with cement concrete as per manufacture instruction all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF LW, FOSROC

Material and labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in SUB-FLOORS, SUB-BASES, FLOORS AND PAVINGS, ETC complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cm (1:4) for laying floor fineshes including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cm (1:4) for laying floor fineshes including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.
