Providing and laying cement concrete of 1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level (Crushed stone aggregate 20mm)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, Piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering incl. Strutting propping etc. and removal of form work for:-

Foundation, footing, bases of columns

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc.

Providing and filling of river bed material free from organic material mixed with sand gravel including consolidation compaction carriage complete job

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shapelaid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with:

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts,laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as perspecifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 30 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentageby weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler,cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On bitumen surface @ 0.50 Kg/sqm.

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinc coated, Mesh wire diameter 3.0mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @ 3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dumping stone excluding cost of stones. in Horizontal on level

Supply of Stone boulder (nallah) nominal size 225 mm

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level : Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Disposal of excavated material by manual means upto a lead of 10km

Engaging labour for cutting of patches in proper shape, removal of vegetation along the road sides incl. disposal of mulba

Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. Single socketed pipes 75 mm diametre

Carriage of material from source to site of work by Mechnical Transport including loading/unloading and stacking at site.

Carriage of stones by mechanical transportation avg lead 20kms.

Stone agg below 40 mm size /sand/Bajari/screening/dust av distance of 10km by mt
