Material and labour preparation of old treated (plastered or un-plastered surfaces) surface of walls including scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss, efflorescent salt and trading oil, greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc. and applying one coat of white (lime) wash complete all as specified.

Material and labour preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour complete removal with mechanical brushes of existing treatment of wall including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer and including filling holes by birla wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc (plastered or un-plastered surfaces) and applying one coat of cement base paint applying complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour complete removal of existing treatment of surfaces of walls including cornices, plasters etc (plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying two coats of cement base paint by mechanical spray gun complete all as specified.

Material and labour preparation of old treated wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 10.00 here-in-before but two coats.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing surplus spoil out of defence land where directed complete all as specified

Material and labour 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) as on ceiling, soffits of RCC shelves and finishing the surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surface of walls including cornices, plasters etc and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over birla white putty including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated wall surfaces including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts & trading oil and greasing spots etc and applying two coats of Acrylic Exterior Plastic Emulsion Paint applying by mechanical spray gun over a coat of wall primer (X2) complete all as manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting float valve with float arm from PVC service water tank, empting stored water through wash outlet, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and finally washing the internal surfaces with bleaching powder, closing wash outlet, refiixing float valve in proper position, closing the top cover including minor repair if required and testing complete including writing words "CLEANED ON" having 3" font size with stencil & white synthetic enamel paint on tank surface of any capacity complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing ball valve brass high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for 20mm bore dia of iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks, 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI marked, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified & directed.

Uprooting of trees, grass, bushes etc from brick wall/roof tiles or any other surfaces of building including dismantling the required brick work/ roof tiles/ mud concrete etc for uprooting the vegetation etc and make good the same to match with existing surface with same material or concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 after pouring the chemical (which destroy the growth of vegetation to the place where vegetation removed). The rate shall include for scaffolding or any other arrangement required during this process upto 10 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.
