Maintenance and operation of Electrical installation 11 KV (Main receiving sub station) by employing manpower 03 Electrician (semi skilled) one each for each shift at Tech area. The electricians will attend all faults of entire Installation consisting of Transformers , VCB's/OCB's , Battery Banks, LT Panels having various type MCCBs/ACBs and UG Cables etc complete round the clock (24 Hours) with performing three shifts in a day (first shift: 06:00 to 14:00 hrs, second shift: 14:00 to 22:00 hrs and third shift: 22:00 to 06:00 hrs). The electrician will be responsible for complete operation of the installation and will ensure proper maintenance of all electrical equipments and accessories installed at the Sub Station and also responsible for repair/maint of any type of electrical breakdown as directed by site executive and all as specified by Engr-in- charge at site.

All as per Srl Item No. 1.00 here-in-before but Electrical installation 11 KV (Admin sub station) Sub Stn at Tech area 7 BRD Air force by employing one electrician (semi skilled).

Maintenance & operation of water supply installation (Booster pump house VSB) at Vayusenabad area by employing manpower, 03 x FGM (Semi skilled) one each for each shift round the clock with three shifts in day with shift timing first shift: 06:00 to 14:00 hrs, second shift: 14:00 to 22:00 hrs and third shift: 22:00 to 06:00 hrs). The FGM will operate and maintain and attend all fault of entire Installation and ensure dozing of chemicals for water treatment and operation of all pumps and motors installed in the near proximity of the pump house. The FGM will responsible for supply and distribution of water at complete Vayusenabad area and will also receive the water from Vayusenavihar pump house from time to time as and when required for pump house and all misc water supply work. The FGM will repair/maint of any type of water supply breakdown directed by site executive and all as specified by Engr-in- charge at site.

All as per Srl Item No. 7.00 here-in-before but water supply installation (Booster Pump House DJB) near GE Office area by employing manpower 01 FGM (Skilled) performing one shift in a day ( shift timing: 06:00 to 14:00 hrs) at 7 BRD Air force.

All as per Srl Item No. 7.00 here-in-before but water supply installation (Booster Pump House Tech area) by employing manpower 03 FGM (Semi skilled) for performing three shifts in a day (first shift: 06:00 to 14:00 hrs, second shift: 14:00 to 22:00 hrs and third shift: 22:00 to 06:00 hrs) at 7 BRD Air force.

M&L for distribution of water at different pockets/locations of Technical area 7 BRD and MES Colony Tughlakabad area by employing manpower 01 Valve man (Semi skilled). The Valve man will open and close all the valves of different types and sizes located at various pockets of water supply pipe line/SWTs/Semi or UG sumps for water supply distribution/water lifting in service tanks by operating supply and delivery valves including all main valves in installation for 08 hrs (0600 to 1000 hrs and 1600 to 2000 hrs). The Valve man will also responsible for misc repair/maint of water supply breakdown/maint work as directed by site executive at time to time and all as specified by Engr-in- charge at site.

All as per Srl Item No. 10.00 here-in-before but employing 01 x Valve man at Domestic area of Vayusenabad complex for 08 hrs (0600 hrs to 1000 hrs and 1600 hrs to 2000 hrs). At 7 BRD Air force.

Outsourcing of manpower for maintenance and operation of DG set for 03 locations installed at Tech area PW-II, at 7 BRD of capacity 2x160 KVA, 3 x 180 KVA, 1x100 KVA at PW-V and 2x30 KVA at ESCT by employing man power (01 x FGM (Skilled) for one shift (timing 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs) including Sundays and Gazzeted holidays in each area. The FGM will be responsible for all day to day maint works at installation and will rectify minor defects and check as per procedure (daily/weekly/monthly checks) and also be responsible for cleanliness inside and outside the installation and also responsible for repair/maint of any type of electrical breakdown as directed by site executive at time to time and all as specified by Engr-in- charge at site.

Maintenance and operation of Central Air Conditioning Plant (RSBN) & PW-VI by employing manpower 02 x Ref mechanic (skilled) one each for one shift at Tech area for 3x37.5 TR capacity AC plant at RSBN in PW IV and 3x7.5 TR cap package type AC Plant at PW-VI. The Ref mech will run and maintain the plant as per the specified norms and responsible for complete effective maintenance of all the equipments and machinery installed inside and out side the plant room in two shift of 8 hours each ( first shift 0600 to 1400 hrs and second shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) per day excluding Sunday and Holidays. The mechanic will also responsible for rectification of any minor defects/breakdown/maint work as directed by site executive at time to time and all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Maintenance and operation of Central Air Conditioning Plant (ESCT) & MRL Lab PW-III by employing manpower 02 x Ref mechanic (skilled) one each for one shift at Tech area for Cap 3x30 TR and Package type AC plant 3.5 TR . The Ref mech will run and maintain the plant as per the specified norms and responsible for complete effective maintenance of all the equipments and machinery installed inside and out side the plant room in one shift of 8 hours each ( first shift 0600 to 1400 hrs and second shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) per day excluding Sunday and Holidays. The mechanic will also responsible for rectification of any minor defects/breakdown/maint work as directed by site executive at time to time and all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Maintenance and operation of Central Air Conditioning Plant (SPYDER) by employing manpower 03 x Ref mechanic (skilled) one each for one shift at Tech area for Cap 3x26 TR for round the clock (24 hours) 3 shifts in a day (first shift: 06:00 to 14:00 hrs, second shift: 14:00 to 22:00 hrs and third shift: 22:00 to 06:00 hrs)per day installed at Spyder Building . The Ref mech will run and maintain the plant as per the specified norms and responsible for complete effective maintenance of all the equipments and machinery installed inside and out side the plant room per day. The mechanic will also responsible for rectification of any minor defects/breakdown/maint work as directed by site executive at time to time and all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Maintenance and operation of Central Air Conditioning Plant at Signal section by employing manpower (03 x Ref mechanic (skilled) one each for one shift at Tech area for Cap 3x15 TR and package type 2x5.5 TR for round the clock (24 hours) 3 shifts in a day (first shift: 06:00 to 14:00 hrs, second shift: 14:00 to 22:00 hrs and third shift: 22:00 to 06:00 hrs)per day installed at Signal section (Old & New) . The Ref mech will run and maintain the plant as per the specified norms and responsible for complete effective maintenance of all the equipments and machinery installed inside and out side the plant room per day. The mechanic will also be responsible for rectification of any minor defects/breakdown/maint work as directed by site executive at time to time and all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Maintenance and operation of Electrical installation 11 KV (Main receiving sub station) by employing manpower (03 Electrician (skilled) one each for one shift at DGQA complex Badarpur . The electricians will attend all faults of entire installation consisting Transformers , VCB's , Battery Banks, LT Panels consisting with various type MCCBs/ACBs and UG Cables etc complete round the clock (24 Hours) with performing three shifts in a day (first shift: 06:00 to 14:00 hrs, second shift: 14:00 to 22:00 hrs and third shift: 22:00 to 06:00 hrs). The electrician will be responsible for complete operation of the installation and will ensure proper maintenance of all electrical equipments, DG sets of 20 KVA, 25 KVA and 125 KVA and accessories installed at the Sub Station and also responsible for repair/maint of any type of electrical breakdown directed by site executive at time to time and all as specified by Engr-in- charge at site.

Maintenance & operation of water supply installation (Water supply pump hose) at DGQA Badarpur complex by employing manpower 02 FGM (skilled) one each for one shift . The FGM will operate and maintain and attend fault of entire Installation and ensure dozing of chemicals for water treatment and operation of all pumps and motors installed in the near proximity of the pump house. The FGM will responsible for Supply and distribution of water at complete DGQA complex at Badarpur and will also run the complete RO plant and bore well in different pockets of the complex from time to time as and when required for pump house and all misc water supply work with performing two shifts in a day (first shift: 06:00 to 14:00 hrs, second shift: 14:00 to 22:00 hrs ). The FGM will repair/maint of any type of water supply breakdown directed by site executive and all as specified by Engr-in- charge at site.

Maintenance & operation of Sewage treatment installation (Vayusenabad area ) by employing manpower 03 FGM (skilled). The FGM will operate, maintain and attend fault of entire Installation and dozing of chemicals for water treatment and operation of all pumps and motors installed in the near proximity of the Sewage plant. The FGM will supply water to the Airmen billet from UG sump through submersible pump and run the STP machinery in a way so as to have free from all invert of sewer, proper cleaning of screening chamber & disposal, washing of bar screens, regularly pumping of sludge from the sump and general maint of plant premises incl supply and distribution of treated water at various pockets of VSB time to time as directed with performing one shift in a day i.e. duration 05:00 to 09:00 hrs, and 15:00 to 19:00 hrs. The FGM will ensure repair/maint of any type of water supply breakdown as directed by site executive and all as specified by Engr-in- charge at site.

Outsourcing of manpower (Pipe Fitter) skilled in one shift from 0900hrs to 1700 hrs at VSB and Technical area. The pipe fitter duly employed will be responsible for repair/maint of water supply system and having possession with complete tool kit pertains to water supply pipe line maintenance and repair of any nature as directed by site executives and all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Maintenance and operation of Swimming pool installation including periodical maintenance of swimming pool at Vayusenabad area by employing man power for two shifts with 2 x FGM (skilled) for each shift of 8 hours duration for 16 hours a day. The FGM will operate, maintain and attend fault of entire Installation and dozing of chemicals for water treatment and operation of all pumps and motors installed in the near proximity of the pool plant room. The FGM will responsible for maintaining the water level in balancing tank by time to time with performing two shift in a day (first shift: 05:00 to 13:00 hrs, second shift: 13:00 to 21:00 hrs) including Sunday & Hoilday. The FGM will repair/maint of any type of water supply breakdown as directed by site executive and all as specified by Engr-in- charge at site. The following are the responsibilities of the Swimming Pool operators :- Notes to ser item No 21 of Sch 'A' (i) Operation of Centrifugal pump set 20 HP capacity - 02 Nos (ii) Operation of Pressure sand filters glass wool type capacity 2400 LPM (Total 04 Nos)

(iii) Maintaining of water level in water balancing tank (iv) Operation of chlorine dozer including mixing of chlorine gas/chemical at required quantity. (v) Acid washing the swimming pool complete before and after every season or as per requirement. (vi) Maintenance of whole installation and surrounding area cleaningness. (ix) Cleaning of swimming pool with suction sweeper including operation of suction sweeper during operation / non operation periods including removing of floating dust, cleaning of walls of swimming pool ,dust catcher every day before starting the pool operational and on non-swimming days thoroughly to maintain hygienically using suitable machineries in working condition including greasing, oiling complete all as directed. (x) Maintain of daily log sheets of the swimming pool.

Contd..Notes to ser item No 21 of Sch 'A' ... (xi) Contractor will ensure proper working of swimming pool and filtration plant. Working time will be as per direction of Engr-in-charge from time to time. He will employ experienced staff of swimming pool having 03 years experience (minimum) in this field/job. (xii) Contractor will maintain daily water test report register with testing kit (Rate of test kit and testing should be included in the quoted rate). (xiii) Contractor should maintain the swimming pool in such a way that, swimming pool water always remain crystal clear, hygienic and water should be fit for swimming. (xiv) Contractor will be fully responsible for all risk and casualty with his staff during working/non working hours. (xv) Contractor shall be penalized @ Rs 1000.00 per day, if swimming pool is not found clean as per CA clause. (xvi) Contractor staff engaged for swimming pool maintenance will not leave the premises during working hours without his reliever.

General Notes for Item No 1.00 to item No 21.00:- (a) All tradesman must in possession of their individual bicycle and rate quoted deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) All T&P tools i.e. plier, screw driver, ring/DE spanner, test lamp with bulb, Allen Key, Tester, Adjustable wrench, Pipe wrench, Rubber Hand gloves, Safety belt etc shall be provide by the contractor. (c) 02 sets of uniform approved by GE and name plate shall be provided by the contractor indicating the name of individual and firm. (d) All stationary i.e. printed daily log sheet, attendance register etc shall be provided and maintained by the contractor. Log sheet shall be maintained per shift with proper handing/taking over of installation and no individual will leave the installation without arrival of reliever. (e) Log sheet and attendance register should be put up to JE E/M/ AGE E/M for verification on daily basis. (f) Material required for day to day maintenance of installation shall be provided by department.

General Notes for Item No 1.00 to item No 21.00 Contt' ... (g) Tradesman shall be ITI qualified or 3 years experience in trade will be permitted and contractor must produce all qualification certificate/ experience certificates, photos and police verification, uniform mentioned as above before taking over site of all manpower deployed in this contract. (h) The contractor will produce the log sheets of installation duly completed/filled up for each month. (j) Daily cleaning of installation of inside/ outside area should be carried out by the tradesman of installation and material like dasuti/yellow cloth, broom, axis pic, spade, grass cutter etc shall be provided by the contractor. (k) The contractor shall be responsible for payment of tradesman on date to be fixed by Engr-in-Charge through bank transaction and submit payment statement to Engr-in-Charge in the end of each month. (l) In the event of absence of any tradesmen penalty shall be imposed at twice the prevailing Govt rates per shift and no payment shall be made for that shift

General Notes for Item No 1.00 to item No 21.00 Contt' ... (m) Contractor will arrange mobile set with authenticated mobile number at each installation and deployed tradesman will remain in contact with JE E/M and Engr-in-Charge at all the duty hours. (n) Contractor/ his authorized rep will remain in contact with JE E/M and Engr-in-Charge at all the duty hours on their authenticated mobile number. (o)Contractor will produce PPF/EPF number of each deployed tradesman. Contractor will arrange proper insurance for the tradesman and department shall not be held responsible for paying any compensation in case of any fatal accident. Any dispute with tradesman under labour act will be dealt with by the contractor with labour commissioner/ appropriate authority. (p) Payment to the manpower deployed by the contractor shall be made through bank only.
