Complete removing of 7.5 Ton / 5 T capacity Electrical hoist from the rail by providing “A” frame / Derrick & chain block arrangement , loading and unloading transporting to the workshop , erection of the Crane / Hoist after completion of the repair work , testing and commissioning etc.

Overhauling of main gearbox of 7.5 Ton / 5 T capacity electrical hoist including the dismantling of gear couplings, gear box topcover, inspection of gears & gear coupling, changing of hoist gear box assembly in put pinion shaft and input pinion matinggear wheel and gear box shaft made of special grade and hardened material and bearings and assembling back all theabove internals etc., and normalizing.

Overhauling of Long travel gearbox of 7.5 Ton / 5 Ton capacity electrical hoist including the dismantling of gear box top cover, and inspection of gears , bearings & changing of L.T drive wheel assembly- 2Nos, changing of L.T output pinion assembly and changing of output pinion mating gear wheel assembly and changing of L.T input pinion and bearings and , assembling back all the above internals and normalizing.

Overhauling of cross travel gearbox of 7.5 Ton / 5 Ton capacity electrical hoist including the dismantling of gear box top cover, and inspection of gears , bearings & changing of C.T drive wheel assembly- 2Nos, changing of C.T output pinion assembly and changing of output pinion mating gear wheel assembly and changing of C.T input pinion and bearings and , assembling back all the above internals and normalizing

Charges for dismantling of rope drum , inspection ,cleaning and applying compound & re winding the steel wire rope and assembling the drum with hoist

Charges for Overhauling of Hoist Hook Assembly, Compensating pulleys and changing of hook pulley bearings

Charges for complete overhauling of, 415 volts LT Motors. Releasing the motor from bed, removing the gear, dismantling of motor, cleaning the rotor, stator core and stator winding, checking the tightness of wedges, insulating the stator winding portion by spraying one coat of Dr.Beck insulating varnish drying out the stator by preheating, checking of IR value and winding resistance and assembling the motor and testing.

Charges for Servicing of Electrical Panel of 7.5 Ton / 5 T Capacity electrical Hoist including renewal of wiring and renewal of spares.

Charges for lowering of 2T mono rail crane from its beam to the ground surface and after completion of work lifting the crane and fitting in the beam

Charges for Overhauling of gear box of cross travel and cross travel capacity -2 Ton including dismantling of top cover, draining of oil, removal of gears and checking, renewal of gears and renewal of bearings ,cleaning and inspection, reassembling of gears, topping up of oil etc., and normalizing

Charges for inspection of drum support bearings of main hoist capacity 2 Ton including removal of covers, Dismantling inspection of bearings, and changing of bearings cleaning and reassembling and greasing after inspection etc., and normalizing

Charges for Overhauling of brakes, capacity 2 Ton and renewal and reassembling adjusting and fixing and normalizing

Charges for Overhauling of equalizing pulley and hook pulleys, capacity 2 Ton including the pulleys to be Dismantling, and reassembling and greasing and normalizing.

Charges for capacity 2 Ton Dismantling, Inspection of rope guide vane, guide vane rectification work done by hydraulic press work at out side workshop checking the alignment and fixing of rope on drums & rope greasing etc., and normalizing

Charges for Overhauling of main hoists, LT motors 2 including disconnection of motor coupling power and control cable,Dismantling of motor, releasing of rotor for inspection cleaning of stator and its windings tightness of wedges insulation spraying one coat of insulation varnish, drying of the stator and free heating and checking of IR value of winding of rotor. Cleaning the eroded parts if any, checking the bearings Assembling of rotor and erection of motor Checking the alignment of the rotor, giving connection checking the IR valueand normalizing

Charges for load testing of 2 T / 3 T / 5 T/ 7.5 T / 10 T / 15 T, Hand operated / Electrical hoists by using test weights with the presence of the competent authority and site Engineer incharge, loading, transporting and unloading of test weights (Mill rollers) from MTPS-I mill area to the respective hoist and return back the test weights to MTPS-I mill area after completing the load test. (Necessary Transport vehicle, crane & test weights will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost).

Painting charges for two coats of enamel light / smoke grey, yellow paint including cleaning the surface.
