ITEM No. 1 :- Dismantling of existing B.T. Surface (flexible Pavement) to a depth of 50 millimetre by cold milling with Writgen or similar type machine including loading of dismantled material by automatic conveyor belt to transport vehicle at site excluding lead charges

ITEM No. 2 :- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment to the required density. Grading I (Using Screening Type A (13.2 millimetre Aggregate)

ITEM No. 3 :- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment to the required density Grading - II (Using Screening Type B (11.2 millimetre) Aggregate)

ITEM No. 4 :- Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-10 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etcetera complete. With natural sand / V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand.

ITEM No. 5 :- Providing and laying in - situ M-30 Grade unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, using fine and coarse aggregates combined gradation as per Table 600-3 of MORTH Specification 2013, mixed in a batching and mixing plant/ non tilting mixer and Weigh batcher as per approved mix design, admixtures, transporting to site, spreading, laying compacting and finished in a continuous operation, finishing to lines and grades as directed by Engineer-in-charge and curing by curing compound /by providing cement vata in cement Mortar 1:8 at 0.6 metre X 0.6 metre centre to centre, admeasuring 80 millimetre at bottom and 40 millimetre at top with depth of 75 millimetre and maintaining the same throughout curing period by any other method approved by Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM No. 6 :- Providing and constructing 75 millimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 millimetre stone layers metal 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken metal (By breaking Rubble obtained by blasting), heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 grade @ 2 kilogram per square metre, spreading 12 millimetre size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etcetera complete, including applying tack coat of VG 10 grade bitumen at the rate of 0.30 Kilogram per square metre on existing bitumen surface.

ITEM No. 7 :- Providing and constructing 50 millimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 millimetre stone layers metal 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken metal (By breaking Rubble obtained by blasting), heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 @ 1.75 kilogram per Square metre, spreading 12 millimetre size chips compacting with Static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etcetera complete, including applying tack coat of bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 0.30 Kilogram per Square metre (on existing bitumen surface.)

ITEM No. 8 :- Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Dry / Hungry B.T. surface 3 Kilogram per 10 Square Metre, VG-30 bulk bitumen.

ITEM No. 9 :- Open Graded Premix Surfacing Providing and Laying OGC 20 millimetre thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 millimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction VG30 Bitumen, including providing and laying seal coat sealing voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level and cross fall using Type A seal coat but excluding prime / tack coat. For Bitumen VG30 bulk USING drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibratory roller, using 8 percent of waste plastic / industrially recycle plastic in hot bituminous mixes.

ITEM No. 10 :- Supplying hard murum / kankar at the road side, including conveying with all leads and stacking etcetera complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

ITEM No. 11 :- Spreading hard murum for side width etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 12 :- Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with power roller including artificial watering etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 13 :- Excavation for catch / side water gutter in all sorts of soils to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed all sorts of soils, by Mechanical Means.

ITEM No. 14 :- Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50 metre and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed. By Mechanical Means.

ITEM No. 15 :- Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised informatory sign board Rectangular / Square in shape having area less than 0.9 square meter made out of 2 millimetre aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting - HIP) having pressure sensitive / heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25 millimetre x 25 millimetre x 3 millimetre, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on one number mild steel angle iron post 75 millimetre x 75 millimetre x 6 millimetre, 3.5 metre long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-25 grade cement concrete 45 centimetre x 45 centimetre x 60 centimetre, 60 centimetre below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paints having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including GI fixtures and transportation etcetera complete. The nut bolts of board with angle iron post/supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded. Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) sheeting shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance.

ITEM No. 17 :- Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ordinary Kilometre stones including painting, numbering, etcetera complete for National Highway and State Highway and Major District Road as per IRC design for Highway Kilometre stones and fixing in standard size Cement Concrete 1:4:8 block etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 18 :- Providing and fixing 200 metre stone as per IRC design including painting, numbering, fixing in 150 millimetre X 150 millimetre X 900 millimetre standard size cement concrete 1:4:8 block etcetera complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

ITEM No. 19 :- Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel, soft murum including shoring and strutting as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 20 :- Conveying materials obtained from road cutting including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compacting to not less than 97% of standard Proctor density for a lead of over 50 metre to 300 metre inclusive from the site of excavation to the site of deposition as directed.

ITEM No. 21 :- Providing soling using 80 millimetre size trap metal in 15 centimetre layer including filling voids with Crushed sand /grit, ramming, watering etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 22 :- Providing cast in situ / ready mix M10 grade cement concrete for head walls of CD work / retaining walls etcetera including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etcetera complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA with Natural / VSI standard Artificial Sand, cement 4.05 bags per cubic metre)

ITEM No. 23 :- Providing cast in situ / ready mix M-20 grade cement concrete for head walls of CD work / retaining walls etcetera including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etcetera complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA with Natural / VSI standard Artificial Sand, cement 4.05 bags per cubic metre)

ITEM No. 24 :- Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for Reinforced cement concrete pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etcetera as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

ITEM No. 25 :- Providing and fixing M-15 Reinforced Cement Concrete guard stone/ indicator stones/ boundary stones of standard size and shape including fixing in Cement Concrete 1:4:8 and white washing etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 26 :- Royalty Charges for Murum, soil, 60 millimetre, 40 millimetre metal (Hand Broken) etcetera

ITEM No. 27 :- Charges for testing in vigilance and quality control laboratory etcetera complete, Murum Liquid limit and plastic limit.

ITEM No. 28 :- Charges for testing in vigilance and quality control laboratory etcetera complete, Bitumen in Penetration, softening point, Flash and fire point, specific gravity.

ITEM No. 29 :- Charges for testing in vigilance and quality control laboratory etcetera complete, Bitumen in Extraction Test.

ITEM No. 30 :- Charges for testing in vigilance and quality control laboratory etcetera complete, Bitumen in –Sieve Gradation Test.
