Material and labour for surface type Flame proof Point wiring (using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding for single phase circuits) complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked) for main point and for continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. (Phase, netural and earth wire) drawn through and including flame proof rigid stove enamelled black steel welded conduit minimum 20mm dia with all flame proof fittings and accessories i.e. flame proof joint, pipe bend, union, reducer, nipple, pipe hook, Screws, GI saddles, clamps, connectors etc, for light/fan points including making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/floors etc. by using CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) One light point circuit of 02 lights controled by one MCB (ii) FLP junction box, Flexible conduit, inspection elbow and MCB shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ).

Supply and fixing CMRI certified flameproof 40 Watt LED bulk head luminaire recommended for Gas/Vapour group of IIA & IIB and zone 1 & 2, die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass/dome glass, external reflector, pre coated electronic type luminaire with inbuilt electronic driver, internally pre-wired, complete with all other accessories and including making electric connection connecting with twin core twisted flecible copper conductor cable and connector block, tobe fixed flush to wall surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing wire of size 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto test point or upto main switch board, HT/LT equipments, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts and protection pipe fixed with and including flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing wire upto test point or upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Cutting of existing pipe line 200mm bore for inserting and including HDPE tee of size 200x200x100mm for taping in trenches including joint complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Necessary earth work, jointing material reqd to complete the job deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for Cutting of existing pipe line 150mm bore for inserting and including HDPE tee of size 150x150x75mm for taping in trenches including joint complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve 80 mm dia with flanged ends class PN 1.0 (heavy duty ISI marked) confirming to IS:14846-2000, drilled type, with stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, iron wheel handle, suitable for CI/DI pipe line, complete including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet insertion 3.0mm thick at both ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing DI special fitting like Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs etc suitable for upto 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of 90mm bore HDPE Pipes ISI marked IS 4984 (1985) with wall thickness minimum 6.7mm for material grade PE 100, PN 10 including fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows etc and jointing material laid in trenches/under road complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule of Earth work)

Material and labour for Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber size 90 X90 X90 cm (internal dimension) using sub class 'B' bricks complete including excavation & earth work, returning fillig and disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed, PCC (1:4:8) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, coping on top in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 23cm thick brick work in cement mortar (1:4), inner plaster 15 mm thick in cm (1:4) finished even and smooth and pionting flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortar, MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick mounted on angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm with handle and locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and embeded portion of MS work duly applying black bitumenous paint before embeded complete all as specified and as directed.

Sch 'A' Sec - VII (Part-II), (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND LIGHTNING PROTECTION WORKS)

Sand cushioning, with dry and clean local tibba sand (for under ground cable) 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose (ii) Approved sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory made cubical type LT panel Board of Suitable size (CPRI approved) out door type dust proof, vermin proof with IP 65 protection made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated with seven tank process, fully compartmentalized inside panel with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated, to accommodate the incoming and outgoing each switch gear shall have be independent opening and having provision for front and rear side opening with double door with hinges including locking arrangements including provision of rubber beading and mild steel cable glands for each cable to make it weather and vermin proof, provision of air fins for ventilation, complete with aluminium bus bar capacity 200 Amps 04 Nos Three Phase and neutral (TPN) (in Separate chamber), bus bar fixed on epoxy coated insulator and provision with 1100 volt grade heat shrinkable type sleeves and housed in independent chamber having access both from front and back side, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and 04 No legs made from angle of size 40x40x6mm, legs shall be 750 mm long, 450 mm grouted in blocks of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 300 mm ground clearance, frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, danger notice plate for LT with conventional skull and bones duly riveted/pasted to the panel board door, complete including all connections incoming / out going all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and comprising of following accessories :-

Material and labour for cable route indicator post 900mm long made of precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, rounded tops as directed and embeded in ground of size 350x150x450mm below ground and 350x100x450mm above ground, applying two coats of cement base paint on plastered surface including writing letters (like LT/HT UG cable, __ feeder etc.) with synthetic enamel paint in brown colour in suitable size including earth work and form work complete all as specified and as directed.
