Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacoratedwall surface togive evenshade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applid @ 0.75 Ltr/ 10 sqm coat curing and cos to fall material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.for two coat. (PWD SOR 2025-26 SNo. 35 New).

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (D.S.R 2023-24 S.No. 10.01).

Applying priming coat over new steel and Painting Ist coat over priming coat on steel and other material………………all complete.(PWD SOR 2025-26, 641new+19.29) .
