Demolition of cement concrete not exceeding 15cm thickness in ground/1st floors including floor tile complete including removal of debries to a distance exceeding 150 m and not exceeding 200m, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, terrazo tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls/ceilings etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) for water tank of base in round shape finished using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick Non-skid ceramic coloured /printed tiles of area exceeding 0.06 sqm and not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6 to 7mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles(1st quality) of size 300mm x 200mm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dado and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, bedded over cement screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edge of stone slab on edge, such on in stop cooking plateform, and other similar situation, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 for backing of Dado/ Skirting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.13 above but on ceiling.

Cutting of stone massonry wall for concealed water tubing and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of brick massonry wall for concealed water tubing and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down or down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as speicified and directed.

All as per item No. 17 above but 20 mm bore.

Supply and fix steel water tubing 15 mm bore medium grade galvanized with all fittings such as bends, tees, nipples, elbows, reducers, etc, fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 19 above but 20 mm bore.

S&F Stop valves 15 mm bore fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore bib tap brass chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 15mm bore pillar taps CP brass chromium plated screwed down high pressure with chromium plated screwed shanks and fly nuts complete screwed for iron pipe in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 32 mm dia bore waste fittings brass chromium plated fixed to wash hand basin/sink with long screwed shanks and fly nuts flange and bedded in run lead cement and other end fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix vitreous china ware wash hand basin 550mm x 400 mm size, white, flat back or angle including removing the existing one complete and refixing with new bracket as in repairs and making good all connections, complete all as speicified and directed.

Supply and fix vitreous china squatting pan (orissa pattern), size 580x440 mm white with integral foot rests including removing the existing one complete and making good all connections as in repairs, complete all as speicified and directed.

Supply and fix 10 Litre capacity PVC low level flushing cistern with ball valve and handle/push button 32mm dia PVC flush pipe including taking down unserviceable cistern complete as in repairs, complete all as speicified and directed.

S & F 20 mm dia tubular towel rail brass cromium plated, D type, 60cm long between flanges including one pair of brackets all as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F brass CP Shower rose with arms 75 mm size fixed to pipe, complete all as speicified and directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore LDPE pipe 45cm long with brass nuts and washers on both ends all as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm bore dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old sink and fixing new stainless steel kitchen sink without draining board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick, coupling plug, washers and waste pipes including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantelever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495 mm X 420 mm, bowl size 410 mm X 330 mm X 160 mm, complete all as speicified and directed.

Taking down old sink with draining board and fixing new stainless steel kitchen sink with draining board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick, coupling plug, washers and waste pipes including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantelever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915 mm X 460 mm, bowl size 410 X 330 X 160 mm, complete all as speicified and directed.

S&F 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in solvent cement or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwd both ends for 20 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor and connecting to manholes where ever required, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix grating doom 125 mm dia with waste hole of PTMT(Minimum weight 40 gms), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix grating doom 140 mm dia with waste hole of PTMT(Minimum weight 50 gms), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L resecuring or easing & adjusting, wihtout taking down shutters (Per Leaf) wooden/steel of any description not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.
