COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES TO CERTAIN BLDG UNDER AGE BR III OF GE SOUTH MEERUT.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:6), using old size bricks, including demolition of existing brick/stone/ boulder masonry complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 here in before but except bricks. Note :- Serviceable brick received from demolition will be re-used after proper cleaning/washing. No extra payment will be paid on this account.

M&L for Brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured Ceramic tiles,first quality( of approved class , colour and design/ shade ) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, ,as in floor surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with shade of coloured tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar 1: 6, and dismantling of tiling, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 450 X 7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with shade of coloured tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), rough finish to receive the tiles and dismantling of tiling/exixting surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrefied coloured Ceramic tiles, first quality of approved class, light Shade, 8 to 10 mm thick (Square/ rectangular), polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, as in floor surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with shade of coloured tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar 1: 6 and dismantling of tiling/existing surface, Complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as pr Item No 6 but fixed on vertical surfaces, as in dado / skirting, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), rough finish to receive the tiles and dismantling of tiling/existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite stone black machine cut 18 to 20 mm thick fixed on any surface ie steps, jambs,pillar window cills, cooking platform and the like etc set in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust and admixture of pigment to match with shade of stone including grinding, rubbing and polishing mirror finish and half rounding of the exposed faces of stone, with and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes and demolition of Stone slabs/tiles/existing surface of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing with and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes and demolition of Stone slabs/tiles/existing surface of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cm 1:6 and and demolition of Stone slabs/tiles/existing surface of any description, complete all as specified and directed.
