Providing and laying vetrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Complete. i. Size of tile 60x60cm

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS : 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia, and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately). For fixed portion. i. Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and d disposal of unserviceable material within 50 Mtrs. lead. In cement mortar.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5Mtr. Including disposal of excavated earth upto 1Mtr. from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in: All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying dry stone soling in foundation trenches hand packed and consolidated by hand ramming (Quarry).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 Graded Stone 40mm nominal size.) Crushed.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:- i. Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like at or near ground level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing. 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm nominal size.) Crushed.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 graded Stone Aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. Complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. (Crushed).

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Incharge) 0.50mm+/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc coating 120gm as per IS:277 in 240 mpa steel grade 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12Mtr. or as desired by Engineer-in-Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical / vertical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
