Construction of CHC Building at Dhar Gaura in Distt-Shimla

Excavation in earthwork in drain and channels in all heights and depths in all all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper wrk and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classificatin of soil including dewatering whereever required, settling out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site according to the HPPWD specification of 1990 ( one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I and soding out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed dumping charges of M.C. if levilled any to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transporation including head load animal load or mechnanical means alongwith its leveling, fine dressing and with all kinks of labour, mechineries, tools, equipment and safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and states shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transporation and used/removed as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. any loss to the public and private properity during the course of execution and disposal of servicable and unservicable materials shall be the absolute responsiblity of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in alll respects incuding all incidential charges and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Any loss to the public and private properity during the course of execution and disposal of servicable and unservicable materials shall be the absolute responsiblity of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in alll respects incuding all incidential charges and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per HP.PWD specifications and hauling of materials through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer -in-Charge.

Poviding and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (One cement : Three coarse sand : Six graded stone aggregate Twenty mm nominal size.)as per HP.PWD specifications including the cost of form work and hauling of materials through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer -in-Charge.

Poviding and laying in position cement concrete in retaining wall of any thickness including attached pillars column abutments posts struts buttresses string or lacking courses parpets coping window sill inclding the cost of centering shuttering and finishing of specifed grade in 1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand : ten graded stone aggregate twenty mm nominal size) as per HP.PWD specifications including the cost of form work and hauling of materials through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer -in-Charge.

Poviding and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (One cement : Four coarse sand : Eight graded stone aggregate Twenty mm nominal size.)as per HP.PWD specifications including the cost of form work and hauling of materials through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and applying a coat of residual petroleum bitument of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg. Per square metre on damp proof courase after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.as per HP.PWD specifications including hauling of materials through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and Laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : Two sand: Four graded stone aggregate Twelve point Five mm nominal size)as per HP.PWD specifications including the cost of form work and hauling of materials through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer -in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for items mentioned below as per HP.PWD specifications including hauling of materials through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer -in-Charge. Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.
