REPAIRS TO APPROCH PATH HARDSTANDING ETC AT MD ACCN AREA UNDER AGE B R II OF GE I NAVY LONAVLA

Demolition of concrete in ground floors (un re-inforced) and paving n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10 1 14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L or Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep X10 mm wide primed & filled with sealing compound grade "A".

M & L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ of concrete slabe 150 mm thick.

M & L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) 75mm tk as in subbase.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

S&F Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick,set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Durastone designer parking tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick cement concrete with glossy finish set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm screed bed ub CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cement filleting in CM 1:4, sectional area n.exc 25 sq cm in repair complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, and precast concrete articles complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 13 here-in-before but except stone.

M & L for Rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Raking out joints/ pointing built in Cement mortar mortar to to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses in surface channels, roofs, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Raised pointing in Cement mortar 1:4 to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over trap stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20mm to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6) typr C-1 block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Providing, cement concrete of 1:2:4 B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in copings, post, etc complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
