M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 to any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer of roofs including demolition and removing of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or part thereof ) and demolition material disposed out from MoD land and including roughening surfaces of old concrete by picking, sweeping/Brushing clean and washing down with water to remove dust and apply neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) and similar works.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) mixied with liquid water proofing as per manufacturer's instrcutions as in roof kerbs/roof padding /benching or mud stops, and platform for mounting service tanks, rounded, chamfered on edges including necessary use and waste of from work etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid seprately.
