Supply and fix sub main wiring complete with and including four Nos single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 10 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including heavy mechanical stresses class and -5 temperature class PVC casing/capping of suitable size as required at site including all accessories and fixed on walls and 10 sqmm one No single core copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Four runs of 10 sqmm cable, one run of 10 sqmm cable and one run of casing/capping shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Supply and fix sub main wiring complete with and including two Nos single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 6 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including heavy mechanical stresses class and -5 temperature class PVC casing/capping of suitable size as required at site including all accessories and fixed on walls and 6 sqmm one No single core copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of casing/capping shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan, any sweep by unscrewing the U clamp, minor repair, cleaning the ceiling fan with moist cloth with detergent powder, greasing and rehanging the same after replacing the flexible copper conductor of suitable dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of rated voltage 1100 V, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 25 sqmm, upto 4 core, any type from trenches including taking out concrete cable cover/ bricks etc. including removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 4 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 25 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling, hand punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992 for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

Supplying & laying including taking down in trenches, in road cutting and along pole 40 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.
