Preparation of subgrade by excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller of 8-12 tonne capacity including making good the undulation etc. and disposal of surplus earth upto 50 meters.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed 1 meter from cutting edge in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded aggregates and Granular material, premixed with water in mechanical wet mix plant of 75 Ton capacity, carriage of mix material to site by tipper, laying in two uniform layers having compacted avg. thickness of 75mm each with motor grader of adequate capacity, its blade having hydraulic control suitable for adjustment or with paver finisher in sub base / base course on well prepared sub grade and compacting with vibratory roller (80-100 KN) to achieve the desired density and laid to lines, grades and cross sections as approved by Engineer-in-charges, as per MORT&H specifications complete including filling of ruts / dips in the sub grade with the same material and all sort of taxes including all leads, lifts carriage complete (quantity for filling of ruts and dips will not be measured and paid for separately).

Providing and laying 50mm thick (Compacted) avg. premix bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified in latest MORT&H specifications and straight run bitumen of VG-30 @ 3.5% by weight of total mix including Hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in Hot Mix Plant, Transporting mixed material to the site & laying with paver finisher as per required profile, including cost of priming coat / tack coat and Bituminous Macadam in required level and grade, rolling with roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density all complete including cost of bitumen and all sort of taxes including all leads, lifts, carriage complete.

Providing and laying of 25mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with specified graded stone aggregates for wearing coat including loading of aggregates with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregates in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to pavers at site of work and laying the mixed material with mechanical pavers finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power road roller to achieve the desired density and compaction including cost of priming coat / tack coat (bitumen used shall be VG-30 and grading of mix shall be as per the relevant clause of MORT&H) density, and all complete including cost of bitumen and all sorts of taxes, all leads, lifts, carriage complete.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semiautomatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone aggregate / Sand for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.

Mulba for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.
